The property was clean , the staff were helpful. Just the area was far away from the centre

Pros:

You need to adjust location and map direction, I went to different area very far from the hotel, wasted alot of time, all directions on expedia applications are wrong , I used google map to find the Hotel.

Pros:

Y Platinum hotel is a total gem! It's located about 10mns ride from Musjid al Nabiyou, uber rides are about $5 to the Musjid.
The room was spacious, clean and quiet. They fill up the fridge with free drinks. The staff is very professional and courteous.
Breakfast was included and very good.
The price is affordable.

On arrival at the property, I was told there is no such reservation. I had to find an alternate accommodation for 2 nights in madina. Very bad experience indeed.

Pros:

Unmaintained facility. Broken furniture and lack of basic amenities such as towels and iron. Requested these items multiple times and when I got an iron it had burned cloth on it and damaged my clothes. Really low quality place.
