Good value, good location.
Pros:

Good value. Good location near central train station, nicer than standard hotel room (e.g., sitting area, utensils), for a good price. The hotel provided the checkin information in advance (no front desk).

Cons:

Not the hotel's fault, but Japan's requirement to provide passports is a little unnerving; I have to give passport information through an online form (not just for this hotel).

次は予約はしない。
Pros:

洗濯機があった事。

Cons:

・大人数でのチェックインでは、時間はかかるし、いちいち入力は面倒。
・スタッフを設置すべき。
・部屋の清掃が行きとどいていない。ホコリが酷い。エアコンつけると、ホコリが尋常じゃない量が舞ってきた。
子供が喘息あり、とても部屋の環境は良いとは思えなかった。
嫁はアレルギーあり、アレルギー反応出て困った。

・宿泊をさせるなら、もっと環境整備をするべき。
小学生も大人料金でとるなら、もっと良かっと思えるようするべき！。

もし、喘息悪化して入院でもなった際に、どう責任をとるのか。

フロントが常駐していないため、1階ロビーに変な女（たぶん宿泊者）がうろついていたり、一晩中　駐車場に駐車していたり、ルール違反が気になった。
通報の仕組みや、監視カメラで監視して、必要に応じてパトロールして欲しいと感じた。
