Me gustó mucho todo , fue espectacular, el trato de los que trabajan allí, las comidas riquísimas ,las instalaciones dignas de un hotel todo igualito a las fotos , lo único que no me gustó es que es extremadamente caro los artículos de la tienda , y las conferencias que ofrecen que según ellos para ser socios del hotel y uno se siente como obligado , como si fuera una obligación comprar la membresía

Memories that last forever.
Pros:

Our grandkids loved it. Kept them busy all day and night. Splash pool attached to balcony was great. Restaurants were kid and adult friendly. But most of all, the staff was wonderful.

The steps on the shuttle. Not easy for tricky knees and backs.

Based on our experience from other hotels in the area we expected better service for the price we paid. Once we arrived

Very nice & spacious rooms, I especially appreciated the 2 full restrooms in each room.

Cons:

We didn’t like the distance between the buildings since they were all separated. We had to take transportation to get to the theater and other restaurants.

Buen parque acuático, pero no vale la pena hospedarse

La decoración temática, la posibilidad de conocer a los personajes, el equipo de animación, los masajes para niñas y la guardería.
También queremos destacar especialmente a Felix, el mejor conductor del complejo. Fue el único realmente amable: pone canciones de Bob Esponja, cuenta historias a los niños y maneja en zigzag para hacerlos reír mientras van cantando las canciones de Nickelodeon en el shuttle camino a las instalaciones. Él sí merece todos los diamantes del mundo.
Asimismo, queremos destacar la atención de Alex (restaurante Piazza) y Lili (Good Burger), quienes fueron muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

Nickelodeon Resort fue una gran decepción.
Además de ser muy caro, prácticamente todo se cobra como extra. Si desea un lugar con televisión para desayunar, debe pagar; si quiere sentarse más cerca en el show, también debe pagar… y así sucesivamente.
Las habitaciones están temáticamente decoradas, lo cual resulta atractivo para los niños, pero si desea amenidades habituales en hoteles de esta categoría —como por ejemplo pantuflas o zapatillas para levantarse— también debe pagarlas.
Este hotel está clasificado como Four Diamonds, lo que debería significar un nivel excepcional de servicio. Lamentablemente, esa no fue nuestra experiencia. Los conductores de los shuttles, por ejemplo, no saludan ni ayudan a los huéspedes a subir. En general, cuando uno solicita algo, lo más probable es que le digan que no es posible o que tiene un costo adicional.
En nuestro caso, por ejemplo, pedimos que mi pulsera permitiera abrir las dos habitaciones que había reservado para mi familia y nos dijeron que no era posible… pese a que en una de ellas estaban mis hijos.
Existen, sin embargo, algunas excepciones positivas. El personal del spa es muy amable, y también lo es todo el equipo de animación, que trabaja con gran dedicación. Pero fuera de esas excepciones, sinceramente no comprendemos cómo este hotel obtuvo cuatro diamantes, especialmente porque veníamos de hospedarnos en The Grand at Moon Palace, un resort de la misma categoría que es infinitamente superior.
No lo recomiendo. Si aun así desean conocerlo, no se queden más de dos noches. Nosotros estuvimos cinco noches y en un solo día ya conocíamos prácticamente todo el resort y el parque acuático. Si pueden, es mejor hospedarse en otro resort y gastar el dinero en un pase de un día al parque acuático; probablemente lo disfrutarán más y no sentirán que desperdiciaron su dinero.
Los seis restaurantes del hotel son bastante básicos para un resort tan bien clasificado. La comida no es mala, pero definitivamente esperaba mucho más
