Filas para todo
Pros:

El parque es lo mejor del hotel, sin embargo, se puede visitar sin necesidad de alojarse. Los restaurantes son de buena calidad. Me hicieron un upgrade gratuito y el personal es muy atento. Pese a ello no recomendaría alojarse en el hotel, no cumple expectativa precio-calidad.

Cons:

Sector de desayuno y show estan alejados del edificio de habitaciones, por lo que en las mañanas se debe hacer una fila para esperar el bus de traslado hacia el desayuno y llegando al sector de desayuno nuevamente debes hacer la misma fila para que te asignen una mesa, puedes facilmente tardar una hora solo en filas. En el caso de los show, al finalizar los mismos, se forman filas interminables para retornar al sector de habitaciones/restaurantes. La comida de niños se basa casi en su totalidad en dulces y con muy pocas alternativas medianamente saludables. Visité el hotel con mis hijas de 8 y 5 años que aman los dulces y no les gustó en lo absoluto, si les gustó poder jugar con la comida, ya que está a su alcance. Los sillones de la habitación estaban sucios.

Las instalaciones eran cómodas aunque el aire acondicionado en todas las áreas cerradas y muy helado, sin duda horrible la experiencia

El trato del personal a los niños, eran muy categóricos con nosotros no sacar foto a los personajes aunque fuera en el horario establecido

A mi hijo lo retaron por pedir una pizza de nutella cuando estaban tomando el pedido de bebestibles (5 años tiene)
