Great for young Nickelodeon fans, though the overall experience didn't quite match the premium price

We had a wonderful stay at Nickelodeon Riviera Maya. The resort is beautiful, the water park was a huge hit with our kids, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the character experiences and family-friendly atmosphere, which made for a fun and memorable vacation.

Cons:

The resort is beautiful, the characters are fun, and our kids had a great time. However, the overall value was hard to justify given the price. The food was hit or miss, the pools and water park felt smaller than expected, and the room was more compact than we had hoped for. We also found the shuttle system between the main attractions inconvenient, especially given the size of the property. We enjoyed our stay, but at this price point we expected a bit more.

Probably the best family vacation that we have had - a vacation that actually felt like a vacation!
Pros:

Location was perfect for kids - not too far from the airport. Theming was amazing - every single detail was on theme! This entire resort was built with families in mind. We loved that every room was a swim up and the kids loved the waterpark and kids club. We caught 2 of the shows which were also really good too and everything gave me (a 90s kid) nostalgic nickelodeon vibes.

Cons:

We did not really enjoy the buffets but had zero complaints about room service or any of the sit down restaurants! All of the souvenirs are very expensive.

Cons:

El personal no está preparado, ni capacitado para recibir gente. El transporte por dentro del hotel para moverse es absolutamente incómodo, asientos mojados, totalmente malo.
La gente que atiende en los restaurant muy malas formas de comunicación

Amamos , meus filhos aproveitaram cada minuto !

Maravilhosa , ampla , moderna , muitos armários , piscina na sacada , frigobar sempre com reposição . Dois banheiros . Os restaurantes eram todos muito bons . O parque aquático tbm muito legal .
