Bueno, pero puede mejorar

La temática, cada ciertas horas en la piscina habían minishows, agua limpia, juegos seguros, restaurantes temáticos

Cons:

Ponen caritas pintadas y algunos dulces con cobro extra el los shows (si es un all inclusive me parece ridículo) en las tiendas solo habían cosas para niños o muy temáticos sobre nick, si quería algo normal como algún recuerdo sin temática de los dibujitos, no había.
La playa fea, solo para caminar por la orilla.
Te persiguen como locos para su membresía, no dejan descansar.

NO RESERVEN POR BOOKING
Pros:

La experiencia de los niños de poder compartir en ciertas ocasiones con los personajes. Limpieza de habitaciones y espacios comunes, sobre todo baños; excelente (incluyendo baños de Aqua Nick).

Cons:

Hice la reserva por Booking y en el Hotel me cobraron USD 1.000 adicionales porque supuestamente la edad de la menor no coincidía con la de la reserva. Pésimo booking en este sentido, espero tener una respuesta formal por parte de ellos. Y lo otro, todas las experiencias e incluso mesas únicas, dentro del restaurant te cobran.

Instalaciones bonitas pero super pequeño el hotel, habitaciones, parque y recepción
Pros:

Las instalaciones son bonitas y muy detalladas, experiencia con los personajes, el spa super recomendado, la comida de los buffets muy rica y el bar en el edificio de las habitaciones.

Cons:

La insistencia de la famosa platica para venderte una membresía, de verdad llegan a ser demasiado asfixiante, te regalan diversas cosas para que aceptes e insisten e insisten aunque no vayas a la platica y que las albercas tanto en el.parque como de la habitación estuvieran a temperatura ambiente, con mal clima super heladas considerando que es un hotel infantil pues no.

The hotel is amazing. Loved the decoration and how everything is thought to guarantee quality family time. The atmosphere is always nice and fun. The food offerings (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are unbelievable. Really high quality. Even the drinks, which is quite unusual for an all inclusive.

Cons:

The beach is non-existent. It’s really a pity and the only reason why my score is not higher. Besides, the hotel put some concrete blocks in the ocean which makes me he view from the room miserable. Looks truly like a war scene.
