Cons:

Service: Personal zwar nett, aber es fehlte ein Satz Handtücher und eine zweite Bettdecke. Als wir gefragt haben sollte die Reinigung informiert werden. Nach 1,5 h war niemand da, so dass wir die eigenen Handtücher zum Duschen genommen haben.
Als wir von Essen zurück waren und erneut fragten, griff der Herr an der Rezeption hinter sich in einen Schrank und hat uns die Sachen geben können: warum nicht gleich so?!

Pros:

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was possible to get from the parking via elevator directly to your designated floor.
Also staff were very friendly and would pick up the phone immediately.

Cons:

Parking at CHF 20 is a bit steep. I would be happy with 15.
I would appreciate it if perhaps rooms could have a small fridge/minibar.

Very good location for one or two nights stay in the area of St. Gallen
Pros:

All was pretty nice for a couple of days stay; quite rich breakfast, great welcome and more than friendly staff. The parking place was in the same structure garage

Cons:

The area is OK, 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre and some restaurants, all in all good
