Good for short stay for one
Pros:

Public station is near, so easy you can reach each part of city. As well Basel airport with taxi is 20-30min driving. Personal is very nice.

Cons:

Very small room. Breakfast could be improved with more variations.

Arabanız varsa otopark olduğu için yine de f/p oteli.
Pros:

Compact bir otel, küçük odalar fakat temiz. Ulaşımı kolay arabası olanlar için. Free Toplu taşıma kartı isterseniz veriyorlar. Otopark parası olmaması güzel. Kahvaltı isterseniz extra.

Cons:

Çay kahve makinası var fakat fiyatları çok yüksek. Çay free fakat kahveler çok pahalı. En ucuz 4 İsviçre frangı. Bu parayı otele ödedikten sonra ücretsiz olmasını beklerdim.

Super petit déjeuné, les personnes du bar étaient accueillante et souriante. cela m'a bien changé de l'accueil du soir avant. Merci

Cons:

L'accueil n'était pas au top, quand j'ai demandé si la personne de l'accueil parlait français, elle m'a répondu sèchement que NON, elle a ensuite parlé dans sa langue très vite, n'étant pas bilingue, il m'a été compliqué de tout comprendre. Pour un hébergement censé accueillir des personnes étrangères et ne parlant pas la langue, c'est vraiment pas sympa.

Ich würde bei einem Kurzaufenthalt jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.
Pros:

Wir haben den Kurzenthalt im 10. Stock auf Nordseite genossen. Lärm von Strasse und Bahn praktisch nicht hörbar durch die isolierten Fenster. Wegen den schlechten Bewertungen waren wir vom Frühstücksbuffet überrascht. Wir fanden es super, haben die Auswahl genossen, es war fein und es wird darauf acht gegeben, nicht viel Abfall zu produzieren.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und beim Frühstück wurde umgehend aufgefüllt, wenn etwas fehlt.

Cons:

Für mich sieht es aus, dass nicht gelernte Hotelfachleute an der Rezeption arbeiten. Die Rezeptionistin reagierte sehr verhalten auf meine Frage. Evtl. hatte sie sie auch nicht gut verstanden wegen den Sprachschwierigkeiten? Bei unserer Frage ging es um die Nutzung des Trams. Schlussendlich habe ich einfach gefragt "wo ist die Tramhaltestelle". Die Antwort war "da entlang und auf der anderen Strassenseite". Wir haben sie in der Dunkelheit nicht gerade gefunden und sind zu Fuss gegangen. Das war auch schön :-)

Gerne wieder mal. Gerade zu Fassenacht war es dort ruhig.
Pros:

Zentral, gut erreichbar mit BVG, Basel Card und Nahverkehrsticket incl. Gutes Frühstück. Preis/ Leistung okay, Immer klein aber okay, zum Stadtring hin lässt man das Fenster zu, dann hört man nix. Personal freundlich, andre Gäste angenehm.

Cons:

Wasserkocher für Tee und eine Flasche Wasser wäre schön gewesen.

Gibt es einen Rückerstattung für die falsche Angaben von booking.com?

Die Checkin und Checkout Zeiten. Die Öffnungszeiten des Empfangs.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nur auf die Seite der Autobahn und Bahngeleise. Es ist 24 Std. hörbar, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Die Beschreibung von booking.com mit der Klimaanlage ist falsch. Das ist Täuschung falscher Tatsachen oder Betrug. Es gibt nur eine Lüftung mit Regler von 19-24 °C. Die empfohlene Schlafzimmer Temperatur ist bei 15-17° C.

Die Lage zur Stadt und zur Tram ist hervorragend

Cons:

Der Fernseher war kaputt und konnte nicht repariert werden. Das heiße Wasser kam leider nicht zum benötigten Zeitraum in den 10. Stock. Schimmel in der Dusche darf einen auch nicht stören. Die Fenster sind leider nicht sehr dicht, was bedeutet, dass es aufgrund der Lage sehr laut war. 20 SFR sind viel für den Parkplatz. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr überrascht, da wir den Schweizer Standard höher eingeschätzt haben
