Great place to stay when you know the atmosphere of the area. Absolutely, great location to restaurants, beach, shopping, and the famous Patong nightlife. Staff was great as well and the rooms were cleaned well every day.

Hotels.com had it as a 9.6 rating from reviews. I would rate it as 7.5. It is an okay hotel, but far, far from 9.6☹️

The front desk with Emma, Karl and Kahn were the best as well as the housekeeping staff.👍

Overall stay is good. Nothing to complain with this price range.

I wish I could leave less than one star.

Firstly the room is terrible. The aircon barely works and there is no facilities to get ready in. The only mirror is in the dinghy bathroom and dark and no plug sockets near so makes getting ready impossible

The hotel is located above a restaurant so the strong smell of curries lingers in your room

But the worst is the staff. I have never been so disgusted or offended so badly in my life by a hotel. I had make up transfer onto the bedding and on check out the reception would not let us leave until the room had been checked. Next thing we had the housekeeper shouting in Thai holding my bedsheets up in the middle of the reception saying I’d damaged them and must pay a soiling charge?!? after getting over the initial embarrassment of this I explained it is simply make up which washes out and was eventually given my security deposit back.

Never in my life have I experienced such appalling service from a hotel and certainly do not recommend!

All in all good value, the elevator went down while we were there but bellhop carried the luggage down the stairs.

The manager/ front desk was prefect and very warm. She made sure every need was met including bringing softer pillows to help my sleep. Location was excellent with the beach and many bars&restaurants within steps

The hotel has several significant drawbacks that made our stay unpleasant. The windows face a wall, allowing almost no natural light. Guests on the 2nd floor will encounter a dirty rooftop right outside their window, littered with animal droppings. There is also a persistent sewage odor throughout the area and inside the hotel, poorly masked by an overwhelming use of diffusers that irritate the throat. Basic amenities such as hair conditioner and a blow dryer were notably absent. However, the staff were kind and helpful, which slightly improved an otherwise disappointing experience.

Excellent location, restaurants, beach, shopping...all close to the hotel.

On beach road, but not on the beach directly. Great sunsets sea view from my balcony but I paid extra. Very close to the night life, walking street and the modern shopping malls. Expected street noise, but not constant bar kind, bearable. Plenty of hot water, rainfall shower. Exceptionally helpful, attentive, and friendly staff with 24 hour desk. Need to remember to turn the AC back on and log into internet every time you return.

Hotel did not respond to Contact Us for delayed checkin unable to checkin, money taken and no response to the previous communication. They auto checked out the accommodation taking the money for 3 days the morning after. Hotels.com declined to assist. Hotel contact us just led to virtual chatbot..advice to western traveller is to avoid. In a word a shambles and lost money...

I would stay here again but I am not very picky. It was clean and convenient. The staff was great.

Even though it’s in the middle of everything, the room was very quiet. The personnel, particularly Emmy was a great hostess, very kind, fun, and attentive. If you are looking for a comfortable room in the middle of everything, I recommend it.

It was a great stay for 13 nights. Lovely room Everyone was so helpful nothing too much trouble. Always a smile & so friendly, always someone available day or night.
The bed was comfy, room cleaned everyday. Changed towels everyday too. So clean. They provided tea, coffee, coffee mate & a kettle.
They provided shower, hand soap & shampoo. They also provided beach towels if you needed them.
3 minute walk to beach, gorgeous by the way. Also 3 minutes from Bangla walking street!!
The shower was brilliant, a proper shower!!
There is a roof top area for venues, parties etc. Fantastic view from there. We upgraded to a Seaview room Brill idea.
So happy with our stay just a bit noisy but thats Thailand.!!!
Will definately stay again.

Only downside was a couple of power cuts which means no water as its run by a pump. They got it sorted as quickly as possible though.
