Pros:

This place is really relaxed. The staff here are wonderful friendly and very helpful. If looking for a quiet little beach town this is the place. Would recommend getting a golf cart if you don't have transportation.

Pros:

This is a hotel/restaurant. There is no lobby. You walk up the restaurant like you are going to eat there then you tell them you have a reservation. The guy seemed confused when I told him I had a reservation. We sat and at lunch to wait to get into our room. Not much longer we were let in. No hand soap. They did get hand soap, shampoo and beach towels for me. Staff was pleasant. The gate thing was tricky. They said to park anywhere but where we parked the gate wouldn’t open up properly we had to play around with the car moving it back and forth for quite a while to get out. The area is very noise and unable to sleep. The one night it was the vehicles passing by and the other was loud music. Which is odd because they said everything shuts down by 10pm. But this was until 2am. Very frusterating. Overall it’s close to the resturants and beach but much to loud to sleep.

Pros:

Overcharged me when I paid in Colones, all other vendors in the area used an exchange rate of 570 while they used an exchange rate of 670, that is a pretty steep difference. No concierge, it really is a restaurant not a hotel. The front gates are closed when the restaurant is closed, still had access but a bit inconvenient. Rain shower had no pressure and the shower is literally on the cieling which may not be preferred by everyone. However, the restaurant has great food!

Pros:

Very nice place but our shower did not operate properly and had no pressure. The road is right next to your room but if you get up early it will not bother you.
