Poor management. I called the day before our stay to ask for an early check in. I was told to call back at 10am the following day for a 1pm check in. I called at 10am and was told 2pm was the earliest we could check in. I had a shower to attend and needed a place to get ready. They offered me the bathroom at the pool. The floor was wet and it was very humid in there.
The parking lot had 5 cars in it. I can’t believe all the rooms were rented the night before and they couldn’t accommodate my request. Just a manager not willing to help a customer out. Thankfully I won’t be in this area ever again, but I will also not be staying at any of your other locations.
The doors at the patio were very difficult to open and you could not enter at the pool door.
The bed was uncomfortable.
Eggs and sausages were undercooked at breakfast bar.

Very Scary
Pros:

It was very clean. Only the prepackaged food was edible. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Cons:

The people next to us were fighting all night long, the Police had to come.

Great location and value.
Pros:

Cost and location very good. Hotel is still rather new. Furnishings inside the room were still in very good condition. Five pillows on the bed was a nice touch. Outside areas were very well kept up. Overall room was very clean but for a bit of mold in shower.

Cons:

Mold in bottom corner of shower needed to be cleaned. Shower door leaked water onto bathroom floor.
