Perfect hotel in Harrisonburg
Pros:

We had a lovely stay while in the area to hike at Shenandoah National Park. The staff was outstanding. Great location. We chose a king suite, and that was 100% the right call. Gave us a bit of extra room to stretch out without having to be in or on the bed. Very good coffee on site. Do not understand why anyone would pick up from Starbucks. The Hyatt coffee is better. Pretty good buffet breakfast. Eggs. Sausages. Fresh fruit. Plus all the toast, bagels, cereal you can eat. There’s a very nice restaurant on the 5th floor—the Ridge Room. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was almost criminal how convenient this place is for a nice meal and great cocktails.

Cons:

I do think for the price point daily housekeeping would be nice if only to remove trash and supply more towels.

This is a very nice looking property that appears well-kept, but could use more detailed attention when it comes to room
Pros:

Convenient to the highway for an overnight stay. Close to restaurants.

Cons:

The mattress room 215 needs to be replaced. It has dips where people usually lie. It was too soft. It was not comfortable. The blackout curtains were mostly helpful, but at the top of the window, the colored uplights on the front of the building were shining into the room.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

Top floor bar/restaurant excellent. Clean rooms. I can’t think of anything to complain about. This is my go to pit stop going too and from NY.
