Don’t! Just don’t!
Pros:

The breakfast was passable but missing several normal items like butter and waffle batter cups.

Cons:

The room we booked was a 2 queens and sofa bed suite, but when we checked in that wasn’t the room we got. So, I asked the front desk to change us and they said they didn’t have that type of room in the hotel period! Plus, the overall cleanliness was very poor, but the pool and hot tub area bordered on disgusting - we checked out the following day and moved to another hotel - what a waste of money!

Pros:

Easy to extend stay through booking and have the property allow me to stay in the same room. I was there for my father’s passing as well as making arrangements and the service.

Cons:

Not really a dislike but some variation at breakfast would be nice. The breakfast was good. It just became a bit boring because I was there for over a week.

Pros:

Nice getaway stay
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly that worked there. The pool was nice and warm.

Cons:

Our room was set to 32 degrees when we got there and it seemed to take forever to warm up. We talked with a few other guest, who said their room was just fine. So maybe it was an accident. The chlorine in the hot tub burned my eyes it was so strong and made my skin itchy the second day we went.

Christmas stay 2025
Pros:

The staff was more than friendly. It was located in a great place for shopping. Unfortunately we were there Christmas Eve and Christmas day so couldn't do too much shopping but sure took advantage of it once it was the 26th. The breakfast was wonderful. The hot tub and pool were also great. Really not a bad thing I can say about the place. We had a wonderful time and a Merry Christmas here

Cons:

I have a very sensitive back so my back was a little tight. Oh the only thing I really didn't like was the shower. No tub, very tall shower. I could not even reach the shower head to try to change the settings, but I'm a very short lady. Luckily my tall man was able to take care of that for me but I was not aware there would not be a tub and I love to be able to take a bath

My stay was great. I really liked my room.
Pros:

Hotel was super clean, sheets sparkling white, very polite n nice staff. Breakfast was also not bad. The only thing, though they do have water jugs for guests, I wish they will have filtered water available to fetch from, for instance drinking fountains. I don't feel comfortable drinking water that they may have gotten from just anywhere n which is also at the mercy of the handlers.

Cons:

Get a nice water fountain, where you are guaranteed of filtered water n cold water.

Pros:

Liked the small patio behind the lounge, and the hot tub! Rooms were clean.

Cons:

Fox News is as blaring on the TV in the breakfast area. As that is a hyper partisan “news entertainment” channel, perhaps something neutral such as local news could be playing instead. It really impacted comfort in that area.
