MainStay Suites Cincinnati University - Uptown

Staff was really excellent, management was not very good. First hotel that we have ever been to where we needed to request housekeeping when we had booked 5 nights. Pool was also closed for 3 days to due cleaning, 1 day was reasonable but 3 days wasn't acceptable.

Huge nice and newly updated rooms. In general it was clean but there was food in the frig and a cleaning rag left behind in the restroom. Excellent price and value compared to the hotels around UC. Short Uber to campus.

Staff was super nice the room was somewhat dirty

Property was properly and well maintained. The only hiccup was the TV in the room was not programmed and after 2 requests to help us with it a front desk employee finally showed us how to get the channels!!

Great stay. I loved the added bonus of having a full functional kitchen.

No vending machines- all empty. Shampoo dispenser did not work. Room was freezing (62 degrees) upon entering. No plain coffee cream, all flavored.

This hotel was great! It was very quiet, comfortable, and all the staff were very friendly. Plus the rooms were very spacious and clean.

We were in town for a Revival and the accommodations as well as staff were excellent. Would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly the location was perfect for both the Cincinnati Zoo and the Reds game. I would recommend to anyone.

Breakfast was mid

There was no telephone in the room. You had to go down to the front desk with any issues. Most of the time, there was only one person or no one to help you. The neighborhood around the hotel was unsafe. I was charged an extra fee after checking out 2 weeks ago that I'm still getting the run around for concerning the reason for the charge.

Property is in a challenging area. Several trucks were broken into while I was there. Hotel staff were excellent but my room had sticky floors...

The stay so far at The Comfort Suites Main Stay has been excellent. I came here for an overnight stay for my birthday with my sisters and the rooms were very clean, bathrooms were handicap accessible and the staff was warm and welcoming…I will return.

Hotel has been recently renovated, very clean, kitchenette with everything needed if you wanted to cook a little meal and a full-size fridge. Outside was a little sketchy, but very convenient to the hospitals downtown.

would have been great but they need to do something about their elevators. Waited 5 minutes for an elevator to come back to the 1st floor.
