Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Eerste dag kwam housekeeping pas om 17.30 terwijl we net terug van de stad kwamen. Daardoor niet schoongemaakt. Vond het iets ver van de stad. Water werd niet bijgevuld en badkamer was erg klein.

La ubicación, muy central

Cons:

El desayuno no merece la pena, no es muy bueno. El café está malísimo.
La habitación "familiar" que usan para acomodar a 3 personas adultas no es práctica ni cómoda. Es pequeña y el sofá cama que ponen es muy incómodo para que ahí duerma un adulto.
Además, las camas estaban mal echas. Se lo dijimos amablemente al personal de recepción. Estos no respondieron como a nosotros nos hubiese gustado o como un hotel de esta categoría debería responder (y encima por estos precios!). Básicamente nos dijeron que el servicio de limpieza ya no estaba disponible (eran las 19h), nos dieron una sabana bajera para hacer un apaño y tuvimos nosotros que volver a hacer las camas. A pesar que nos dijeron que transmitirían nuestra petición para que al día siguiente se hiciesen "a nuestro estándar"... Eso no fue así. La reacción de la "manager" tampoco nos pareció muy buena. No sabemos si era porque la chica joven no supo manejar la situación, pero nos dio a entender que la queja era injustificada y nos trató con falsa amabilidad.
Las ventanas del hotel estaban sucisimas. Apenas veías algo a través de ellas...
La iluminación de las habitaciones muy mala también! Son muy oscuras.

Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό για ένα σύντομο ταξίδι στην πόλη του εδιμβουργου
Καθαρό,άνετο σε τέλεια τοποθεσία 10 λεπτά από τα αξιοθέατα. Ζεστό κλίμα και όμορφοι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι. Εχει χώρο που μπορείς να αφήσεις τα πράγματα σου μετά το check out και επίσης έχει ένα πανέμορφο rooftop. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Wir hatten insgesamt deutlich mehr erwartet... Für einen Kurztrip geht`s gerade noch...
Pros:

Das Zimmer war eher klein, dafür aber sehr sauber, funktional und modern ausgestattet. Allerdings war das Bad extrem klein (ca. 2qm, man konnte sich kaum drehen; Dusche vielleicht 60-70cm breit)) und es gab keinen Kühlschrank und auch keinen Kleiderschrank. Nicht mal eine Ablagemöglichkeit für Kleidung (nur ein paar Kleiderbügel, die offen auf eine Kleiderstange gehängt werden konnten (IKEA lässt grüßen). Die Aussicht war NICHT gut (zum Innenraum des Hotels). Das schwächste insgesamt war aber das (weit) unterdurchschnittliche Frühstück: kaum Brotauswahl (kein Baguette, nur Toast und Labberbrot), zu wenig Kaffeeautomaten für ein solch großes Hotel. Das Rührei, die Würstchen und die Kartoffelplätzchen schmeckten allesamt nicht. Wenig Käseauswahl, noch weniger Wurstauswahl, Marmelade aus der Tube(!). Dazu gab es an zwei Tagen (Wochenende) keine Sitzplatzmöglichkeit mehr, da der Frühstücksraum völlig überfüllt war. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück eines (Pseudo-) 4-Sterne Hotels welches wir -und wir reisen viel und häufig- erleben mussten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück blieb weit unter unseren Erwartungen, und das für einen sehr stolzen Preis von umgerechnet ca. 20€ p.P..
Es gab kaum Brotauswahl (kein Baguette, nur Toast und Labberbrot), z.T. lange Schlangen an den wenigen Kaffeeautomaten für ein solch großes Hotel. Das gekochte Frühstück, also das Rührei, die Würstchen (was bitteschön war das?!? Geschmack nach Leberwurst) und die Kartoffelplätzchen schmeckten allesamt nicht. Wenig Käseauswahl, noch weniger Wurstauswahl, Marmelade aus der Tube(!). Dazu gab es an zwei Tagen (Wochenende) keine Sitzplatzmöglichkeit mehr, da der Frühstücksraum ab ca. 8:45Uhr völlig überfüllt war. Es war das schlechteste Frühstück eines (Pseudo-) 4-Sterne Hotels welches wir -und wir reisen viel und häufig- erleben mussten.
