Guter Ausgangsort für einen Städtetrip
Pros:

Modern und funktional eingerichtetes Zimmer, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war in Ordnung. Gutes libanesisches Restaurant gegenüber und einige andere weitere Optionen ebenfalls.

Cons:

Es gab wenig Platz beim Frühstück (kaum freie Tische) und die Auswahl war eher durchschnittlich.

Pros:

La struttura pulita e moderna è molto accogliente. La colazione a buffet ottima, c'è sia salato che dolce. La posizione a circa 1 km da Grassmarket (16 ') è ottima.

Trop cher pour ce que c’est. Ils misent plus sur le paraître et le côté cool que le côté pratique. Dommage
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était varié et bon rapport qualité prix. Le lit très confortable.

Cons:

Odeur d’égout qui venaient de la salle de bain durant la nuit. Une lumière qui ne fonctionnait pas (je l’ai signalé au personnel mais rien n’a été fait), personnel très jeune et trop peu formé, hôtel assez éloigné du centre ville (30 min à pied), chambre petite, échafaudage devant la fenêtre

Le petit déjeuner, la propreté, l'accueil de deux jeunes Françaises et d'une jeune Ecossaise plutôt serviables et souriantes.

Une affichette indique dans l’ascenseur qu'un test de l'alarme incendie a lieu le mardi à 12.30 PM. Sauf que ce jeudi 11 juin, à minuit trente, l’alarme incendie a retenti tandis que nous venions de nous endormir. Je me suis dirigée dans le couloir où se trouvait un couple et une dame handicapée avec des béquilles. J’ai supposé que le risque était avéré, j’ai pris quelques affaires personnelles, j’ai incité mon amie à en faire autant pour sortir rapidement de la chambre et emprunter les escaliers de service. Arrivées en bas, des clients remontaient dans leur chambre en nous signalant qu’il s’agissait d’une fausse alerte ! Plus de peur que de mal certes mais un sacré coup de stress et une grosse frayeur que cet épisode qui n’était pas terminé puisque l’alarme s’est remise à sonner vers 2h puis à nouveau vers 6h !
Le matin du 12 juin, aucune explication, aucune excuse de la part de la direction de l’hôtel .
Par ailleurs, l’aménagement de la chambre, pourtant grande, est inapproprié pour un long séjour puisque aucun rangement, aucune étagère pour pouvoir défaire les valises, à part des portants et des crochets !

Dissapointing stay
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be

Cons:

Building work commenced yes we were told on arrival, but view from window was a building site no prior warning on their website. Majorly over priced on night stay as there was an event in the city. Toilet door wouldn't lock. Reception staff extremely rude giving very dirty looks as we left. No an enjoyable stay, hotel didn't care about our issues as did booking.com

Lovely, friendly hotel in a good location, would stay again
Pros:

Lovely helpful staff, very clean and comfortable. Good location, walking distance to Murrayfield for a gig (took about 30 mins). Loved the complimentary cocktail in the bar

Cons:

Bed slightly too soft for me but that’s just personal taste
