The food was good. The garden is good. The pool was closed. The staff is supportive and very good but..... Display in reception about programs of the day with DJ and Campfire, while it didnt happen due to lack of residents. Still thinking why the display.
Had to call the authorities thrice to get the bathroom towels around 10.00pm after reaching room around 2.30pm. One room 301 was not clean and was not able to use without slippers. It was like a dumping yard at the sit out.
We had a really lovely time at TUSKERSHILL Resort. The moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and the heritage charm made us feel relaxed. At the same time, the contemporary rooms on the other wing had a very pleasant ambience—stylish, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.
The restaurant had a beautiful, calming vibe, and the food was absolutely delicious, tasting homely yet special. We enjoyed the rope activity, which was fun and well managed, and spent time walking around the green lawn, which is so scenic and perfect for photos. The activity centre kept both adults and kids happily occupied, making the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, it felt like a refreshing escape from the city, and we left with happy memories. We would definitely love to come back again.

I haven’t stayed here because this prison even existed. They said they 9.56 mi away from the tough center which I was looking for when we went the to the youga center and then call perry they said we are 9.5 walking after your climb the mountain and then come down. I don’t trust Expedia any more also because no body call me back and if you would trust Expedia you will be stuck in the mountains somewhere out of nowhere at midnights. You will be risking your and your family life.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was very well prepared and served. The room lacked finishing touches like colourful cushions as shown in the lobby photo which left a very austere atmosphere in the room. It was comfortable enough. It’s built on a steep hillside so be prepared to have a good workout for the thighs coming and going to the restaurant and reception areas if you wish to walk; gold cart transport service is available if you prefer. Plenty of games to play and keep busy with if you wish or simply sit and enjoy the surrounding nature from your veranda. Very pleasant hotel in lovely location. The Night Ride could do with a bit more structure and engagement with the guests onboard so they can learn something of the nature of the habitat and animals to be found there.
Location is good, facilities and amenities are all good. The pool is a great attraction.
Customer service can definitely be improved. Staff needs training on customer friendliness, being flexible to accommodate simple requests. Food was good but can be improved
