最高です。
Pros:

こちらに宿泊するのは2回目でしたが、やはり駅からのアクセスも良く、何よりスタッフの皆様が素晴らしいです。
各部屋で自身のケトルやドライヤーを使うと安全装置が作動して電気が消えてしまうので、必要であればフロントに申し付ければ貸していただけます。
部屋も水周りもとても清潔で最高の滞在でした。
またZermattに訪れる際も利用したいと思います。

Cons:

お湯を貰うにはフロントに行かなければなりませんが、フロントまでも近いので全く問題ありません。

Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location, exceptionally close to both the train station and the city center. The staff were wonderful—incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. I accidentally left some belongings behind, and the hotel team went above and beyond to assist me until I got my items back. On top of the great service, the room was absolutely beautiful. This place will definitely be one of my all-time favorites. Highly recommended!

Great value. Excellent location and staff
Pros:

Fantastic quality for the price. Everything was basic but totally comfortable for what we were paying. Very friendly staff. Excellent location in the middle of town. There is a great common area downstairs for eating and getting together

Cons:

Can't really think of anything I didn't like but one has to remember it is not luxury but it is excellent value. Clean, comfortable, great location and staff. That is what we wanted

La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la proximité de la gare. Le côté excentré par rapport à la rue principale

Cons:

La terrasse, appréciable, aurait besoin d'être entretenue. 1/2 étage à descendre pour atteindre la chambre, le prix, presque 200 euros pour une nuit, je sais que la Suisse c'est cher, mais c'est quand même trop. L'accueil se fait à l’hôtel Tannenhof, dont l'hôtel Alpina n'est qu'une annexe.

Pros:

Pour le prix de frs. 77.50 la nuit, la chambre 26 avait un petit balcon. L'espace était petit mais proche du centre et très au calme. Un ami a payé frs. 144.50 pour une chambre identique le même soir et cela devient dès lors trop cher, même à Zermatt!

Pros:

Our hotel was easy to get to from train station walking with bags. It was in the middle of everything in Zermatt but so quiet. Our room and ensuite with bath was large and not crowded with our bags.

Cons:

The shower head, it was just on a spray handle. Hard to wash yourself and leave it connected to the wall - if you did it would spray face straight. But we managed 😁.
