Wonderful service, excellent location.
Pros:

Excellent place to stay! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They met us out front, walked us to the garage parking, and accompanied us back. Breakfast and dinner are also wonderful. And their wine collection (we got a private tour of their cellar) is stellar.

We felt so special staying in such a beautiful location with the most incredible rooms and the comfiest beds ever!

Beautiful place to stay in every way! It is a gorgeous property, so clean and had everything we needed but felt really luxurious. It even smelt amazing - the staff were so kind and helpful and the beds are the comfiest I've ever slept on!! Can't say enough how lovely our stay has been and we will be back in a heart beat - thank you for making our stay so special.

Pros:

This place was phenomenal. My expectations were high and they were exceeded. The design is exceptional with a huge amount of attention paid to the small details. Both the suite and the common areas were beautifully designed and very comfortable. The lovely Laurine was incredibly helpful and kind with us. We were sad to leave!

A quaint cosy spot to enjoy Granada
Pros:

The vibes of the house is amazing! We love the interior decor, the space and the tranquility of the place. Staff was especially kind towards us with a 9 year old. They understood our needs and were always helping us with smiles and sincerity.

Cons:

The location is a bit of a walk from amenities and there is nothing nearby to get water for example. We had to pay for water which we were hoping comes with the room.

A wonderful hotel - fantastic staff.
Pros:

This is a fabulous hotel. Our apartment was beautifully renovated and so comfortable. The staff were so friendly, kind, helpful. We received a lovely welcome and were looked after so well which added to our magical stay. Highly recommend and very pet-friendly.

Tolles Frühstück, viel Platz, familiäre Atmosphäre.
Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Durch die geringe Größe ist nicht übermäßig viel Personal vorhanden, was aber nicht schlimm war (es waren alle immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!).

Lovely apartment hotel in the heart of Granada
Pros:

They make their own delicious wine and olive oil which is available to take to your room. We had a lovely intimate dinner there one night. Breakfast was very nice. Apartment had everything we needed. We were in a residential area in the city center and could walk 10-15 minutes to the heart of the city. Nice tapas restaurants 5 minutes walk. Very safe. Gorgeous views of the snow capped mountains and city from our windows. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Hotel butikowy. 4 - 5 apartamentów w wyjątkowym wnętrzu. Czuć historię i klasę gospodarzy. Jeśli maży Ci się nocleg w wyjątkowym miejscu, to na pewno warto.

Cons:

Ważne - jest to miejsce do którego trudno dojechać własnym samochodem. Mnie udało się, ale jeśli masz większy samochód to dojazd do hotelu to duże wyzwanie. Są w okolicy (do 400 metrów spacerem po bruku) parkingi podziemne - a tam wjazd samochodem ponad 4,5 m to prawdziwa sztuka).
Do Alhambry dojście zajmuje ok. 25-30 minut "pod górkę". I ostatnia kwesta - w okolicy niewiele miejsc by zjeść dobry obiad.
