The reception area looks very nice!

Cons:

There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom the 1st day.
Reception didn't respond to my call at 22:50 pm.
The carpet at the corridor looks awful in some spots at the 5th floor.
I didn't experience a 5* Hotel service.

Pros:

The location was excellent and just outside the metro station was perfect. The breakfast was amazing so much choice

Cons:

The fridge in the room was very warm which meant we couldn't put anything in the fridge to keep cool.
