10/10 hotel in a great location
Pros:

The experience was great from start to finish. A warm welcome, our room was ready early. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Was also spent some time in the spa, which was a lovely way to spend an hour relaxing. We had breakfast before we left - also absolutely delicious, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

Cons:

Nothing. Bear in mind, we only spent one night there. However, in that short time I couldn't find anything to fault.

Elegantly restored historical building. Would definitely return.
Pros:

A lovely, elegant property! Fabulous location for all the city sights. We stayed for a week. Be prepared for lots of hills. We had a lovely room with balcony facing out onto the boulevarde. Room was spacious and super comfortable.
Special thanks to Diego who went to great lengths to assist me in getting medical care after I broke my toe. The service was fantastic!
