O atendimento é excepcional, começando pelo Sr. Rafael coordenador geral da recepção, a educação de todos, o carinho e amabilidade na recepcao de todos os hóspedes, o esforço na solução de dúvidas ou problemas, indicação de lugares a serem visitados, localização, limpeza. Tudo e todos em todos os sentidos nota 10. A rede Eurostars merece os parabéns pela equipe coesa, educada, que conseguiu reunir. Equipe que presenciei atendendo em diferentes idiomas e diferentes hóspedes com o maior profissionalismo, educação, respeito e segurança. Parabéns.

Værste oplevelse - måtte forlade hotellet og booke et nyt
Pros:

Så dårlig oplevelse at jeg var nødsaget til at booke et andet hotel. Der var en utrolig grim lugt af mug, skinmelsvamp som gjorde jeg følte mig syg.
Personalet i receptionen var ligeglade og jeg måtte booke og betale for et andet hotel.

Cons:

Rigtig dårlig seng. Der var mug/skimmelsvamp op af væggene hvilket burde forbydes.
Jeg sætter aldrig mine be på et Eurostar hotel igen
