Great location, poor room cleaning

Cons:

Room cleaning below average with dirty glass and half used water bottle on arrival. Reported to front and person was very apologetic and then manager appeared and also apologised. Later they provided a complimentary sweets and port. Next day the shower body wash ran out and reported to front desk and they were less interested in acknowledging the poor service. The cleaner refilled but then left it on the sink, and then when room was cleaned they also did not refit in the shower. Not really 5 stars from our experience.

Las vistas, la habitación que es grande y cómoda , la cama que es enorme y no puedo decir nada malo porque todo es perfecto. La ubicación es inmejorable. También tiene una cafetera y un vestidor

No es la mejor elección si viajas con adultos mayores

El hotel está muy limpio y cómodo, las camas son súper cómodas y en general funciona bien

Cons:

Está un poco lejos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad, sobre todo si viajas con personas mayores. Pero lo que menos nos gusto es que el staff es muy grosero, llegamos con maletas y no nos ayudaron, está en una avenida y no tiene estacionamiento. No te dan la información completa. Nos sentimos muy poco acompañados por el staff.

Best location in Porto for a fair 4 stars (not close to 5)

Very small rooms for a 5 stars, the parking not being in the hotel and the hotel not having a proper place to park and get the luggage . You need to park in the BUS lane and in my case I got warned by the police for doing it.

oh no, I like the hotel. If I stay there again, I would just consistently ask for extra towels.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and it was a great location.

Cons:

Bu 5:00 PM housekeeping still hadn’t gotten to our room. They were in the hallway all morning and afternoon. One day at 12 noon they were about 4 rooms away, but when I came back at 5pm they still hadn’t gotten to our room yet. they did tell me that we would be the next room. I said no just to give me new towels. I don’t understand how they could be in the hallway all day long and still not gotten into our room from 8 o’clock when I left to 5:00 PM.
