We travel to the Ark experience and the Creation Museum. The location was perfect for our trip.
Pros:

Fast elevators.

Cons:

They need to improve the coffee experience. I suggest bold coffee that is not decaffeinated for the morning people.

Comfortable hotel for one night stay midway between Holland MI and Arden NC.
Pros:

Well maintained with comfortable bed, good pillows and spacious bathroom. Adequate breakfast.

Cons:

The location. Definitely ask for a king room on the backside of hotel facing a wetland reserve. We were initially given a room facing the parking lot, access road and highway which was terribly noisy.

A nice hotel that could use some attention
Pros:

The front desk staff were great. Parking and fitness center were good overall we had minor issues but a good stay.

Cons:

In Our room, we could easily hear the next door guest blow drying her hair, as if they were in our room.
The toilet wasn't properly bolted down and rocked when used. My wife has food allergies and the things she could eat were not marked or readily in stock. Fruit she tried was rotten. When we inquired if they had more they said no and apologized.. she was still unable to eat anything but Cheerios each day....

We would highly recommend this location to others.
Pros:

For a family of six with kids this was an excellent place to stay. Pool facility was clean and everything was in working order. Same with the gym. The breakfast was perfect for our family’s tastes.

Very clean, updated furniture, comfortable bed, large breakfast area and a great workout room

Cons:

Towels in workout room felt like sand paper. If they had the softness of the bathroom towels that would have made the experience so much better.
