Overall, excellent experience, and we will probably stay at this property again next year.
Pros:

Desk staff and housekeepers were exceptionally cordial and helpful. Cleanliness was immaculate and room was incredibly well appointed and stocked. Complimentary breakfast was superb. View from our room was scenic (desert and Red Rock Mountain). Location of property adjacent to golf course provided a tranquil setting. Management was very attentive and checked in by text to assure our needs were met. One of the best experiences we have had at this price point.

Cons:

No ATM machine and no way to obtain cash at front desk. No concierge, so front desk was our only option. We needed cash to tip housekeeping, and requested that a tip be added to our bill, but we were told that doing so was not possible. Front desk suggested that we could find an ATM in another part of town, but stated that there was no way to get cash in the hotel. NOTE: This is the only reason that we would rate as a 9.9, rather than a full 10. Otherwise, this property is a 10/10!

First time stayer
Pros:

Great hotel just disappointed due to the fat when we got there a little after 3p no queen rooms were ready for guest, some people were waiting for a room. But the young lady at the front desk I believe her name was Shi was amazing, communicated and handle it like a boss. Rooms were clean and spacious.
