Großes Zimmer, sauber, bequemes Bett. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und vielfälltig. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Michelle, die uns sehr herzlich begrüßte und hilfreich zur Seite stand!

Breakfast was great. Build your own breakfast sandwich was nice
Booked a King Suite but at checkin they were overbooked and gave us a queen room. If I had known I was going to get a queen bed I would have booked somewhere else.
The facility is clean and the location is great.
After a long road trip, we arrived an hour before check-in. While we understood this was a last-minute request, the front desk showed no interest in trying to accommodate an early check-in, which was disappointing. The breakfast was also underwhelming, very few options, and once items ran out, they were not replaced.
Newish hotel with nice facilities
Our room had not been cleaned properly at all. In the bathroom, there were stains in the toilet and we found a number of hairs on the floor.
Food was pretty good. Lots of options and worth it overall.
Quality of food could’ve been a little better, but still worth the price for hotel!
The staff was super friendly and helpful; they fixed the reservation mistake I made on my travel app and got me and my family into connecting rooms even when we arrived later than expected. The rooms were clean and a great size, and when you are traveling with a lot of stuff to move my child into a new state that is a big bonus. The breakfast was tasty and provided something for all of us.
Nice staff, clean, great rooms
Breakfast: short of breakfast both days
It’s a great concept to include kitchenette and related appliances in individual rooms. It was nice to be able to have dinner in our room. Room itself was clean and well appointed. Bed was not very comfy and the sofa for watching TV was very uncomfortable.
Breakfast was very average, with overcooked hot items. We like the idea of reducing waste by providing real silverware, plates, bowls, etc., and having shared things like salt/pepper shakers and a jug of milk rather than individual packages. That’s sensible and home-like. BUT, the serving setup is not ideal — hot foods like eggs, breakfast meats, etc., are in an enclosed warming cabinet and you have to simultaneously lift the door, use tongs to serve food, and hold your plate because there’s no place to put it down. A fellow in front of me was struggling with this balancing act and I had to wait a long time. Also, it’s nice to have silverware to pick up as needed, but it’s laying in a drawer, which means that you have no idea who has touched the working end of a fork, knife or spoon! With flu and rotavirus and other diseases running around, this makes no sense. Why not have the silverware standing up in a container so you can just take it by the handle?
