The beach...No space to relax without paying...No good.. and beach look dirty..
The location is so central, adjacent to the Mal which makes it convenient. Staff was friendly, room was clean and so accommodating.

تركوني انتظر لمدة ثلاث ساعات تاخير بسبب عدم جاهزية الغرفه وانا واصل من رحلة كانت مدتها تسع ساعات هذا التاخير ازعجتي كثيرا وكنت متعب ربما بسبب الطلب الشديد ،ولكن تم تعويضي والسماح لي بالخروج المتاخر واشكرهم على ذالك
Room was great, clean, comfortable and had all the modern amenities
Super Hotel direkt in der Beachwalk Mall. Ideal wenn man ein paar Tage Shopping einplant. Halbpension ist auch sehr gut. Morgens gibt es ein Buffet und abends a la carte 3 Gänge. Das Personal und der Service sind mit das beste was wir auf Bali erlebt haben.
Room is clean, location is good
Hotel dropped the ball and they can only check in my travel companion at 530 pm with reason that the previous guest had a late checkout. That is not acceptable and Im disappointed that I even recommended this hotel to them. I suggest to make sure your hotel is avail for guest to check in at 3pm as per your own policy.
