Simply the best!
Pros:

The environment from top to bottom physically and the staff make this hotel absolutely amazing. I will not stay anywhere else!! The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in!

Cons:

Well… we had a bit of a creepy experience at night. The lights kept turning off and one and the door handles would randomly shake. We unplugged the lights and had a good sleep.

Pros:

I like the hotel specially the pool, my kids love it. Location is good.

Cons:

There is no complimentary water. My husband was asking the car key, the bell person said that vallet park is 65$ though we are not aware of the amount and we are not informed as well. The person (kevin or given) not really sure the name said "nothing is free" of course we already aware that parking is not for free its just that the amount is too much. If we knew that it will cost like that my husband will park it by himself. Anyways, my husband already emailed the property.
