Staff were very friendly and fixed an issue promptly

Beautiful property, but as always, for any business, their biggest asset is the friendly professional and helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room wasn't what was advertised and it smelt a bit mouldy, but we were moved to a lovely room within 30 minutes

We hoped to book a few massages but no appointments were available.

Pros:

The room was fabulous and the location was perfect. One street away from a major road closed for pedestrians.

The best place to stay in Calgary.
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean. Breakfast selection was varied on all the 4 days. We forgot medication and another personal items and they happily sent them to our next destination. Thank you so much.

Nachtlärm hängt von Zimmerauswahl ab
Cons:

Die Zimmer, welche sich gegen die Zuggleise ausrichten, haben den Grossteil der Nacht signifikante Lärmemissionem, weil die Fenster schlecht isoliert sind und die Güterzüge die ganze Nacht fahren.

Das ist nicht OK, dass diese Zimmer gleich viel kosten und der Kunde nicht darauf hingewiesen wird

Good value central stay, feels a little dated.
Pros:

Friendly staff, very central, good deal on accommodation. Swimming pool quiet and amazing steam room. Enjoyed having access to the fitness suite too.

Cons:

Queen beds narrow for two, TINY bathroom (we mostly just used the swimming pool changing rooms instead). Swimming Pool tiny in real life compared to the photos. No bottled water in rooms (or water refill stations).
