Das Zimmer war gross genug und die Lage war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war zu stark auf französische Touristen ausgerichtet, da das Hotel Mama Shelter zur Accor Group gehört. Das Lavabo im Badzimmer war zu hoch gerichtet. Der Wellness Bereich (Sauna/Dampfbad) war gut, jedoch da das Schwimmbecken sehr klein ist, kann man nicht nur zur Saune gehen, ist leider nicht möglich. Sobald genug Leute beim Schwimmbecken sind, darf man weder zum Schwimmbecken, noch zur Sauna gehen. Da das Hotel bei französischen Touristen bekannt ist, kommen sehr viele Familie aus Frankreich. Deshalb ist der Schwimmbecken immer besetzt.

It was everything we hoped for in a hotel. Tucked away in a quieter, less touristy are.
Pros:

Great food but very busy. Selection of fruits and hot food. I liked the interior and felt the breakfast could have been a bit cheaper.

Todo. El hotel está en un barrio tranquilo, a dos pasos del metro y a distancia a pie del Vaticano. El restaurante es bonito, las habitaciones limpias, la cama cómoda, y la piscina es preciosa

La piscina es supuestamente un lugar tranquilo, pero una de las veces que fuimos había adolescentes haciendo mucho ruido y saltando al agua sin tener en cuenta a los demás, saltando a veces muy cerca de otras personas que no estaban con ellos. Es una lástima que el hotel no supervise de vez en cuando que las normas de la piscina se siguen debidamente

Le personnel qui est sympathique et qui parle presque tous Français. La décoration fraîche et acidulée. L’ambiance générale du lieu. On s’y sent détendu. La literie. Les deux restaurants au prix correct et de bonne qualité.
À deux pas du métro.

Cons:

Le principe d’aller chaque fois à la réception pour récupérer le code du casier de l’espace piscine n’est pas très pratique. C’est dommage car il y a un ascenseur direct qui mène à l’espace détente. On aurait aimer qu’on nous donne des chaussons jetables pour pénétrer dans l’espace piscine pour une meilleure hygiène. L’espace détente est vraiment bruyante lorsqu’il y a des enfants car rien n’indique aux parents de respecter la quiétude des autres. Une solution simple, réserver des tranches horaires pour les familles avec jeunes enfants.
Le petit déjeuner est en dessous niveau rapport qualité prix.
