La piscine, la terrasse et la literie
Au service en restauration, Margot est exceptionnelle !

Cons:

Certains niveaux de prestations ne sont pas au niveau du tarif : pas de refil d’eau thé café journalier, pas de tasse nettoyée le 2e jour et plus de tasse les jours suivants
Pas de peignoir dans les chambres et système de locher qui ne fonctionne qu’1 fois sur 3/4
Une chambre avec terrasse en vis à vis direct - moyen la vue sur la ville - plutôt une vue sur les immeubles

Great location and good facilities.

Cons:

Hot food options at breakfast were lukewarm regardless of time you went.
Breakfast start time was a little late.
Some of the staff were a little on the surly side

Lovely hotel for a trip spent out and about in Roma
Pros:

This hotel was great and the staff was lovely. Only complaint is that the elevator constantly smelled. In an area that was sometimes hard to get a Taxi but close to the train station.

Bon séjour proche du Vatican
Pros:

Nous passons toujours un bon séjour au Mama Shelter : personnel tres accueillant, cadre agréable, décoration soignée
L’hôtel est situé juste à côté de la station de métro Cipro proche du Vatican
Superbe Rooftop
Possibilité de privatiser l’espace spa qui est immense

Cons:

Je rejoins les autres commentaires sur le rapport qualité/prix qui n’est pas du tout au rendez-vous, il manque plein de petites attentions qui justifient le 4 étoiles et le prix

Bonjour, je trouve qu’au niveau du spa, il pourrait y avoir une fontaine à eau. Également c’est un peu juste de voir les personnes descendre avec les chaussures dans les vestiaires et que les sept mêmes personnes repartent pieds nus à la piscine. Il pourrait y avoir des chaussons dans la chambre à disposition.
Au petit déjeuner, le STAFF a du mal à faire la rotation avec les plats vide.

Grande chambre confortable et spacieuse très propre. Le rooftop est beau, très belle vue. Très bon accueil de la serveuse française en bas au restaurant de pizza !

Cons:

La légèreté du personnel de la réception et le spa car ni le hammam ni le sauna ne fonctionnaient. Nous avons demandé au personnel de l'allumer, il fallait attendre la chauffe (ce qui peut être très long vue la taille) et au final ils ne marchaient pas...avec un accès de 1h au spa, nous avons juste attendu pour rien et finalement remonter en chambre. Le parking trop cher, même la réception conseille de trouver une place dans la rue.

كانت تجربة فريدة ومميزة ولكن يحتاجون الى قليل من الاهتمام في تبديل شراشف النوم لسرير النوم بالإضافة الى مناشف الاستحمام
