Bon séjour malgré des ajustements
Pros:

Bon emplacement, au calme et à 2 minutes du métro. Personnel très gentil et serviable.

Cons:

Beaucoup trop chaud dans les chambres malgré la clim (27 degrés mi avril alors qu’il faisait 20/22 dehors dans la journée), piscine pas super propre, organisation pas au point.

Relaxing stay aside of the city hustle
Pros:

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, super comfortable beds.

Cons:

Rooftop bar was closing before the evening, real shame.
The restaurant quality was over all not reaching the standard it presents about itself. Food was mediocre, dirty glasses an cutlery, slow staff...
Pool area, although nice, was getting overcrowded even though you have to book a spot in calendar to access it.

Mama Shelter Rom - nie wieder!

Das Zimmer war um 2230 nicht bereit resp das Zusatzbett war nicht gemacht. In Paris hatten wir ein grosses Familienzimmer bekommen, was hier nicht möglich war. Der Wasserkocher war am letzten Tag im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr chaotisch - keine Müeslischalen aufgefüllt, Brot nicht ausgefüllt- Besteck…ect. Man war immer auf der Suche…das Personal eher unmotiviert. Rühreier hatten einen komischen Geruch! Schade!

Pros:

Do not expect the air conditioning in the room to do anything. It does not work. You will be hot and sweaty all night. And our trip was during the beginning of April, so I cannot imagine what the room would feel like during the height of summer. Of course we opened the windows to try to get some air in the room, which resulted in extremely LOUD noises all night long from being DIRECTLY on the busy road, keeping us awake. Your room may be directly on the busy road like ours was. Vespas and loud vehicles going by all night. They also do not provide a garbage in the room. The only garbage provided is the small one in the bathroom, which they never even put garbage bags in. The WiFi is not good. To top it all off, my glass bottle of expensive face wash was found broken in the bathroom after a cleaning. The only good thing about this place is that it was clean and well decorated. Not enough to want to return. Do better mama shelter Roma!

Einfach Enttäuschend was daraus wurde!

Die Nähe zur Metro und Vatikan! Zimmer sind entsprechend klein aber von der Ausstattung gut!
Hotel insgesamt sehr ansprechend und genug Platzvorhanden.

Cons:

Da wir schon vor zwei Jahren hier übernachtet haben, kann ich den direkten Vergleich machen und gleich vorweg, es hat sich extrem verschlechtert.

Die Reinigung des Zimmer war schlecht und den ganzen Aufenthalt wurden die Seifen nicht aufgefüllt, obwohl ich den Behälter extra offen stehen gelassen habe.

Wir waren zweimal am Abend im Restaurant und einen derart schlechten Service muss mal erst mal erleben. An einen Abend alberte das Personal nur rum und die Gäste waren egal wir mussten 15 Minuten warten um überhaupt bestellen zu können.

Am zweiten Abend war mehr los ok! Aber da habe ich direkt einer Mitarbeiterin gesagt wir würfen gerne bestellen, nichts keiner ist gekommen 20 Minuten wurden wir nicht gesehen, bis ich mich beschwerte.
Also Personal alles junge Leute und extrem unaufmerksam und unerfahren.
Beim Frühstück das gleiche sind völlig überfordert und ich als Gast musste hinterher laufen damit aufgefüllt wird. Man kann sich keine Säfte mehr selber machen wurde abgeschafft, nur noch Zuckerwasser, das Brot entweder zu hart oder Trocken. Aber Auswahl ok!

Für 600 Euro für drei Tage erwarte ich mehr!
Für uns so enttäuschend das wir nicht wiederkommen.
Hier zählt nur noch die Masse und anschließend ausgelegt für junge unkomplizierte Gäste.
