The location of being right on the campus of the university was ideal for the reason of why we needed the hotel for the weekend. To be right there at the campus made it super convenient for us.
Last year at this time we could have not asked for a better stay from the overall cleanliness of the room to the friendliness of the staff. However this year the experience was anything but pleasant. The room was just clean but don't look to close because there was a lot to the room that had been neglected for a while. And as for the staff rude is the best way I can politely put it. They were not going to do anything to go out of there way to help you nor seem like they cared.
Everything was fantastic. Best hotel experience in 30 years of travel.
Honestly, I loved the whole experience. If I am looking for something, it would be that the restaurant was closed on the day we stayed.
We were a bit disappointed the restaurant and bar were not open when we arrived; closed on Mondays? But Main street was less than a mile away with many choices.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean! Had a great nights sleep in a comportable bed.

We've traveled the world. This hotel meets all expectations; clean, friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, well appointed. Great value. in the middle of campus.
Room was very clean. Towel warmer, different shower heads in shower. Two different sink areas to get ready. Nice wooden blinds on window for privacy. Everything was in great shape.

The continental breakfast was a little bit disappointing. Not very many choices on hot items. No Eggs, No Waffles, No meat available. I would think for $170 a night the continental breakfast menu would have better options available. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I believe the price for the stay is a little to high. Being very generous it would be around $120 tops a night after taxes in any other Big City. But its the only place to stay in Ada, Ohio. And used mostly by Parents visit the College or visit with kids.
I booked this hotel as it was the closest one to my destination that had decent ratings. It did not disappoint. The room was clean, spacious and professionally decorated. Check in was quick and painless. Bathroom was clean and contained all the attributes one might expect. The hotel sits adjacent to Ohio Northern’s campus which provided a site for a lovely morning walk. The only complaint would be that there was virtually no fast breakfast options at or near the hotel except for McDonald’s.
Clean room, clean lobby, friendly staff. Only issue we have is when the air is on it’s loud and the room is cold, when it’s off it’s like it was never on bc the room gets so hot

That it has guest washing area which was accessible 24 hours daily.
Checkout it too soon. It should be at least midday. Especially since that is the only hotel there and we as parents of students use it.
