No es un hotel!
Pros:

La ubicacion creo que puede ser lo mas acertado de este espacio.

Cons:

Tenia una vista a la construccion; el balcon repleto de cemento y de una tabla de madera. A parte que se promocionan como un hotel, pero no lo es...No habia cafe en el apartamento - El cafe de la foto lo tuve que conseguir fuera...

No hay un espacio donde desayunarse; hay que caminar a otra torre o te traen el desayuno al apartamento; es conveniente pero igual no es lo mismo que un hotel.

Muy bien ubicada, las condiciones del edificio y de las habitaciones (mini apartamentos) muy bien conservadas y con acabados modernos, buena decoracion y utensilios basicos. Incluye parqueo y cerca un shopping mall para opciones de comidas o tragos, aunque en el alrededor existen varios restaurantes.

Buchung war für Regatta Living, doch schliesslich war Apartment im Regatta Living 2, 200m daneben, mit dem Auto aber einmal um den Block rum. Frühstück war dann wieder im Regatta Living. Angestellte sprechen kein Englisch.
Apartment sieht hübsch aus, ist aber in schlechtem Zustand. Ein Zimmer ohne Licht, alle Haken lose, Holzlatten im Bett springen dauernd raus. Keinerlei Service im Apartment, kein Kaffee, kein Tee und kein Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine. Umgebung zwar schön, und es gibt Restaurants, aber keinen Laden.

Would rather look another place to stay
Pros:

Check in was very problematic, they took a long time to find my reservation, then sent me to a room that was being used by someone else. The moved me to another tower and again made a mistake on the room.
After I finally got to the correct one, there was a cockroach in the kitchen and overall the apartment did not look clean.
Wifi worked really bad and intermittent.
There is a construction site next to the building, which they should mention, as it is quite noisy.
I stayed 6 days, and run out of toilet paper on day 5. I had to buy one because they did not have access to it when I asked.
Staff was polite and always open to help.
