Das "Hotel" verdient den Namen nicht und sollte jedenfalls für diesen Preis nicht gebucht werden.
Pros:

Rein gar nichts, wir haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht.

Cons:

Es ging schon damit los, dass man dieses "Hotel" gar nicht findet, weil es sich in einer Einbahnstraße ohne jede Parkmöglichkeit im Inneren einer Einkaufspassage im 3. Stock versteckt und nicht mal frei zugänglich ist. Nach ca. 20 Min. suchen und fragen standen wir mit unserem Gepäck endlich vor der verschlossenen Tür und klingelten, aber leider passierte nichts. Als wir die Telefonnummer der Unterkunft anriefen, erklärte man uns, es würde gleich jemand kommen und uns reinlassen. Es kam niemand, wir sind dann durch andere Gäste, die gerade herauskamen, eingelassen worden und fuhren mit dem engen, alten, unsicheren Fahrstuhl nach oben. Auch dort war niemand. Wir telefonierten erneut und es hieß, wir sollten noch warten, es wäre jemand unterwegs zu uns. Nach weiten 30 Min. kam endlich ein junger Mann, der uns erzählte, der Kollege hätte sich krank gemeldet und er würde uns nun endlich einchecken. Wir ließen uns noch das Zimmer zeigen (enger Raum, Bett, Schrank, sonst nichts) und erfuhren, dass es auch kein Frühstück gibt (wir könnten in einem der Bistros in der Nähe frühstücken), dann erklärten wir, dass wir in dieser Unterkunft nicht übernachten würden und verlangten den Logispreis zurück, der uns gleich bei der Buchung von der Kreditkarte abgebucht worden war. Der junge Mann rief seinen Chef an, der aber eine Rückerstattung ablehnte. Wir haben also 512,49 € dafür bezahlt, dass man uns 2 Stunden unserer Zeit in Mailand gestohlen hat und wir den Stress hatten, uns am Abend ein anderes Hotel suchen zu müssen.
Abschließend ist einzuschätzen, dass diese Unterkunft kein Hotel ist, sondern eine Art Studentenwohnheim.

Pros:

La ubicación, a pocos minutos del Duomo, cerca de metro y tranvías, muchas opciones para comer cerca. La habitación amplia y cómoda, da a un patio interior y es silenciosa, te preguntan todos los días si te hacen la habitación, personal amable. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

Cons:

El inodoro es más alto de lo habitual, me colgaban un poco los pies y mido 1,65. El perchero también un poco alto, aunque llegaba con el brazo estirado.

great place experienced traveler who knows where you are going clean and comfortable
Pros:

Great location, great shower, great bed, easy entry, clean, good storage area for luggage and stuff very close to the metro and only 4 stops to the central rail station.

Cons:

TV only had Italian stations, would have been nice to have CNN or BBC news. Never anyone at the front desk if you had a question.

Central but not a hotell.
Pros:

Great location, very central and quiet.

Cons:

Reception staff not available when we needed, no lobby or restaurant facilities. No self checkout available. Tv remote didn’t work. Unable to adjust heating. Very basic amenities in the room. Expensive room rate.

Hotel cèntric , còmode i molt net per estada a Milà.
Pros:

Ubicació cèntrica
Cafetera i bullidor d’aigua amb cafès i infusions de cortesia.
Molt net i personal amable.

Cons:

Molta calor a l’habitació . Calefacció molt alta.
La nevereta tampoc funcionava ( begudes calentes)
