The internet was poor, the term deluxe is being misused, the bathroom lacked shower gel or lotion. There were small roaches at the dinning.
Very poor internet facility.
It’s unfortunate that I was harassed for not paying some bills . I checked out on the 3rd as stated on my booking. I checked in on the 2nd and checked out on the 3rd. Left the hotel and traveled out of Lagos on the 3rd. On the 5th, one of the staff contacted me via WhatsApp ( Got my number from the form I filled when I wanted to checked In ) it’s quiet embarrassing to ask me to pay for some services and after a lot of uncomfortable conversations.. he later tender apology that he has been calling every contact he sees from the form customer fill until he get through the customer he was trying to reach. Quiet embarrassing and unfortunate. It’s a terrible experience for me but I didn’t accept the apology because anytime I go back to Lagos. I’ll have to report the conversation to the hotel management but you can also do better to protect your clients as well because I will have to stop using booking.com if this is repeat itself. Thank you
