The area was OK, with the canal nearby to walk around. Rooms were adequate, but not practical for being able to work easily.
The place was confusing for couriers because there is another hotel close by with a similar name, so it was difficult to order anything online for delivery.
Great hotel Ms. Michelle and Jack from reception very nice assisting. Highly recommended this hotel
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa, Marwa and Cindy who are always cordial and providing assistance when needed. The room is very comfortable and clean. Kudos to the team!
