It’s amazing
Pros:

It’s amazing!! Every weekend I always stay here because I feel so comfortable and rested after my stay. And for sure will keep coming back. And I really appreciate all the staff most especially ms. Marwa, she’s so accommodating.

Will be better with no overnight construction.
Pros:

Good location to meet our need.

Cons:

Rooms are all on the 6th floor and ours was a deluxe king so faced the mosque and new building sites (over the hotel entrance). It would be quiet if the cranes weren’t working all night so very noisy all night.

Pros:

Overall, I had a very good stay. Check-in was smooth and on time, and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The location was very convenient for my trip, and the room was comfortable and perfectly fine for one person.
There was an issue with a damaged chair in the room when I arrived, but after I contacted reception, they brought me a replacement within just a few minutes. I really appreciated how quickly they handled it.

Cons:

I booked a non-smoking room, but unfortunately during the night I could smell cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation, probably from another room. It made it difficult for me to sleep. Apart from that, there were only minor issues and nothing that seriously affected my stay.
