Overall a great budget friendly hotel in a great location. Size of the bedroom was more than enough and the bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was a great size
The tv had a weird memory saving option so every 15 mins it would close the current program (I was using YouTube) which because very annoying. I was also woken up by a phone call at 11pm asking me to come to reception to pay for my room even though there was a card on file and was not mentioned at check in. The walls are also a little thin so you can hear your neighbours a bit
The hotel is excellent. It is exceptionally clean, and its location is perfect—right in the heart of Dubai while still being away from the traffic and crowds.
The reception staff are outstanding, always welcoming guests with a warm smile and providing excellent service. I would especially like to thank Ms. Marwa for her kindness, constant smile, and willingness to help at all times.
Thank you very much, Ms. Marwa. Your professionalism and outstanding hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable, and your excellent service is one of the main reasons I will gladly return to this hotel again.
I stayed 5 days ,then extended one more week. Great location and less crowded place , hotel is nice and clean ,staff was helpful. Back side of hotel waterfront walking area with great views and yachts.
