Everything thing was working Okay, except the AC.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly; I was trying to set the temperature to 18 degrees, but it kept changing on its own and going back to 23.

Pour moi, le premier contact est très important ; Marwa, à la réception, a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme tout en restant souriante et calme. Cela m'a beaucoup rassuré, alors même que je ne savais pas encore à quoi ressemblerait mon séjour. Dans l'ensemble, le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont magnifiques et l'environnement est calme. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

I stayed at this property for two months and had an accident experience. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and professional throughout my stay. Everything was well-maintained and consistently exceeded my expectations. A truly comfortable and enjoyable Stay that felt like home.
The parking area is a little limited and can feel tight at times other than that everything about the property was excellent and I had a wonderful experience overall.
Very helpful staff, especially Ms. Marwa. from the reception she was very cooperative.
