It’s a nice new place, but our stay had some unusual issues.
Pros:

New furnishings.

Cons:

They were out of hand soap in the whole hotel. The breakfast ran out 90 minutes early and no attempt was made to replenish.

The facilities exceeded my expectations. The noises made it difficult to get a good sleep.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the facility was very nice. The room was exceedingly clean. The pool area was clean. The entry area was nice, the parking was great. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Cons:

The noise of slamming doors with running back and forth kids above us until wee hours of the night. The air conditioning unit is loud and ran about every ten minutes all night long.

Wrong room, dirty room, sub par breakfast (moldy bagels).
Pros:

Looked like a fresh newer motel. Updated.

Cons:

They gave us the wrong room. Too small for our family - a regular room when I had booked a studio. The hotel was full so we couldn’t move or get a different room. They did negotiate the price for that but then the basic small room was also dirty, hair in sink and tub, bugs on windows, things on floors (didn’t look like it had even been vacuumed and an old dirty sock on bench.

Small garbages in the breakfast area that filled up fast, but staff members were good to take care of it. Breakfast area is a little small.
