Pros:

Convenient location from LAX.

Cons:

Mediocre breakfast. Dirty rooms. No turndown service or overnight cleaning. Rude and knowledgeable front desk staff. Overpriced.

Not worth it, go somewhere else instead
Pros:

The location was great, spacious rooms, beds seemed new and comfortable

Cons:

The cleanliness of our hotel room was questionable at best. The shower head was terrible and with having long hair had a hard time washing my hair. The pool is TINY with a MAX OCCUPANCY of 8 people (that’s insane) the pictures are the definition of looks can be deceiving. Staff were not friendly or even smiled when my family and I walked past. The only kind one was an overnight worker when I happened to need something at the desk late into the evening. Smell of wet dog or wet towels outside of my room, and the air conditioning unit was impossible to work, and your unable to keep the fan running on constant. Overall I would not stay here again; just wasn’t worth the price at all.

Overall a decent hotel but if you’re wanting a nice pool this is not the hotel for you.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable environment, walking distance to outlet mall, friendly staff, willing to get breakfast started early for our needs.

Cons:

Very, very small pool, breakfast started later than expected, 7 am, having to pay additional for parking.

Location was good. Undecided about another stay!
Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! Hotel was clean. Elevators were quiet and quick! Parking lot was easy to get in and out.

Cons:

Hotel room was the problem. Light in the bathroom would go out while I was in the Shower. Bed mattress needs to be replaced. The light switches next to the bed could only be turned off if you got up out of bed. Lighting was bordering on poor. Refrigerator had no freezer section.

I will not be staying here again, there are much better places for the money.
Pros:

I liked that it was very clean and I liked the location.

Cons:

Room was super small for a king sized bed. the bed and one desk chair were the only seating in the room.
the breakfast was not good at all. No protein available in any form. Not even peanut butter was available.

Location next to the Outlet Mall was great. Bee was comfortable. Large flat screen TV with limited streaming,

Cons:

Very loud HVAC system. Sounded like water was running all the time even when the AC or heat fan was off. Motion light in the bathroom is annoying, Night light is enough to find switches if needed. Shower door not level and wouldn’t stay closed.

New and quiet
Pros:

Nice newer hotel in quiet area with Outlet right next door. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel was quiet.

My complaints would be that I could hear the sound of running water all night long by my room. I don't know what it was from but it kind of kept me awake.

My other dissatisfaction is that I had to pay for parking, when I was looking at this hotel for booking I must've interpreted the parking fee wrong, so maybe that needs to be looked into and reworded on the site because I would've booked a hotel that does not charge a fee to park my car instead.

I'm surprised your hotel doesn't have lights in the hallways that are motioned censored to turn on when guests walk down the hall to save electricity.

Pros:

There was no internet at the hotel and staff said it had not been working for a week. The oatmeal for breakfast had more water in it than oatmeal on one morning and the second day it was less watery but still not as good as it should be. It’s hard not to be able to provide oatmeal that is not done properly!!
