الموقع جدا قريب من المطاعم والكافيهات في منطقة كراكوي، وكذلك قريب من جلتا بورت وقريب من محطة الترام وي، نظيف وهادىء، الموظفين ودودين وبالاخص مدير العلاقات العامة بالفندق الآنسة مريم الي ساعدتنا كثير وقدمت لنه الكثير من الخدمات

Pros:

My room was fantastic. So was the view. And the hotel personnel was friendly and service minded. Wifi worked. Netflix streaming too. Room cleaning was generally well done. The location of the hotel is superb.

Cons:

The water drain in the shower was blocked - evwn after asking the cleaning staff to clean it and unblock it, it stayed block - for me to wnd up having a flood situation after 1-2 minutes of shower every time.
The gym area was in the spa where there is sauna etc - in the cellar - i wouldnt want to workout there. Coffee machine was not functioning well - but am traveling wkth my own kettle and good instant coffee for those situations not to impact my mood too much - really if there is already a coffee machine please make sute things work proberly.

I really enjoyed the hotel's location; it's fantastic, close to everything.
Pros:

Our guest, Maryam, welcomed us wonderfully and helped us the whole time.

Cons:

The air conditioner was a little hot, so I called them and they fixed it.

صراحه الفندق موقعه ممتاز جدا قريب من مجمع غلاطه بورت و برج غلاطه و ميدان تقسيم وكله تروح له مشي لمده لا تزيد عن 10 دقايق واشكر الطاقم صراحه وخاصه الأخت مريم ماشاءالله عليه
