Good location and nice view from the breakfast area
Felt pictures didn’t match the place. Gym was very small, damp issues and equipment out of order. Breakfast was a bit limited and same each day. WiFi is terrible, constantly dropping out which made work meetings a nightmare. Breakfast starts later than normal hotels and likewise gym has funny hours considering it’s not manned. Staff placed an emphasis on leaving good reviews when checking out but feel this energy could have been placed into the hotel.

الاستقبال كانت فيه رائحه مره مزعجه اتمنى من الاداره معالجة الامر و وضع جهاز تعطير للمكان ليعكس طابع ممتاز
The hotel is in an excellent location, just 5 minutes walk from the port and in general it is an area that does not scare you even at night.
The reception area has a strong smell of sewage, like a sewer. The rooms are actually much smaller than they appear in the photos and than they promise. Our room was supposedly 18m2 and in reality it was not even remotely that big.
La ubicación increíble vas a pie a todo sitios y tienes muchos bares y restaurantes para salir por la noche. El personal es increíble de amable y te ayudan en todo muy pendientes y muy serviciales. El spa no es muy grande pero esta muy bien. Las chicas que hacen los masajes increíbles muy recomendables
La cama. Jamas había probado una cama tan incómoda. La habitacion era tan pequeña q los dos no podíamos entrar a la vez. A no ser q uno entrara y se lazara a la cama para q entrara el otro. Exagerado lo pequeña que era.
La ducha no tragaba y no nos podíamos duchar seguidos porque inundábamos el baño. El hotel no está muy limpio

Трамвай в минуте ходьбы можно посетить старую часть, паромы Кабаташ и Эминёню тоже не далеко,
рядом также Галатапорт, много разных кафешек, магазинов и красивый вид.
La ubicación un 10 vas andando a todos sitios y tienes muchas zonas para salir a cenar y pasear. El personal muy atento servicia y amable. El spa pequeño pero recomendable. Los masajes increíbles
LA CAMA, la peor q he probado en mi vida. Solo quería que se hiciera de día. La habitación es tan pequeña que no se pueden entrar dos a la vez a no ser que el primero se tire encima de la cama para q pase el segundo. Tienes q cierra la puerta q pase el primero y luego ya entra el otro. Una habitación ridícula. La ducha no tragaba y no nos podíamos duchar seguidos. La limpieza flojita y el desayuno poco variado

The hotel is very well positioned, close to the GalataPort tourist area. Clean room, comfortable bed. Kind and friendly staff. Varied breakfast. Recommended!
But the parking... is below expectations (there is no location as you expect - more precisely, the building next to the hotel, 2 streets behind it, cramped... and to pay 2000 TL for a stained bed sheet, a bit much...
