Pros:

It was very nice ! The location is perfect ! The Hôtel is beautiful and with amazing terrasse for the breakfast ! The employees are very kind and they even offer a cake for my mom s birthday !
I really recommend !

Ideally located (for a short stay)!
Pros:

The property is ideally located - 5 mins walk from Galataport and Galata Promenade with tons of food options; 2 mins walk from Tophane tramway which connect you to everywhere else and has a point of sale for istanbulkart

Cons:

Our room was a bit on the small side and breakfast was a bit limited. I would struggle to stay there for more than three days

Pros:

Hyggelig ansatte. Rent hotell. Ok frokost. Bra beliggenhet.

Cons:

Tyrkia kan noe bedre frokost. Litt lite rom, men alle hotell i område har det.

Die Lage war perfekt. Frühstück war besonders gut. Personal war sehr nett, höflich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Irgendjemand hatte die wahnwitzige Idee, das Badezimmer in Schwarz zu gestalten incl. WC.
Schrecklich.

Lovely staff, great location and great breakfast views.
Pros:

The location is great, it’s my third time staying here because everything is close by. Staff were really friendly and thanks to Serkat for helping us with the room and arranging airport taxi, he upgraded us to accommodate our baby and made our stay a lot more comfortable. My little one loved the little turtles in the lobby.

Cons:

Maybe more fruit variety at breakfast would be nice.

Can’t really call that a fitness facility, half of it was broken and it was a lot smaller than the images looked online due to the use of mirrors

Friendly staff, perfect location, nice sauna

Cons:

The rooms are a bit old. The curtains are worthless and don’t keep out any sunlight. Meaning it gets really bright early morning, which woke me up every morning.
