Pros:

The service was excellent, Serhat and Befru were excellent at the reception desk. They were also the first smiles you’ll see at the free breakfast which was included in the fee. The breakfast venue is at the rooftop with a beautiful view of the Bosporus. I enjoyed the common spaces such as the lobby and the free spa. Overall great stay!

Pros:

Location & Connectivity
The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. It’s incredibly easy to get around:
• Public Transport: Only a 3-minute walk to the Tophane tram stop.
• Sightseeing: We were within walking distance of Galataport and the historic Kılıç Ali Paşa Hamamı.
• Galata Tower: You can walk there easily, though be prepared for a bit of an uphill climb!

Dining & Amenities
One of the best things about the area is the food scene.
• Endless Options: There is a huge variety of cafes and restaurants nearby to suit every taste and budget, ranging from cozy coffee shops and local fish wraps to high-end restaurants.
• Groceries: For daily needs, Şok Market and CarrefourSA are just a short walk away.

The Rooms
The rooms are compact and the size isn't very large, but everything is laid out very efficiently. They are equipped with all the essentials you might need, including:

• A kettle / coffee machine
• A hairdryer

Good to Know
• The Neighborhood: There is a gas station right next to the hotel.
• The Atmosphere: Since there is a minaret nearby, we were woken up by the call to prayer for the first two mornings. However, we got used to it quickly, and it eventually became part of the authentic local charm.

Cons:

Very bad windows. You could hear everything and sleeping was really hard since it was so loud. Right beneath our room was a patch of dirt completely filled with trash as well as a dog that was living there and barking the whole time

Die zentrale Lage und Frühstück

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert das Zimmer war so warm wie eine Sauna, als wir gefragt haben ob wir das Zimmer wechseln können wurde uns nur für eine Nacht eine Alternative angeboten und ein Ventilator. Mit dem Ventilator sind wir am nächsten Tag krank geworden. Seifenspender war kaputt und lag in der Dusche. Fenster ging kaum auf und der Kühlschrank hat auch nicht funktioniert.

La posizione comodissima e centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram T1. Molto bello e ricco di ristoranti e locali il quartiere di Karakoy

Cons:

Bassa qualità della colazione; odore a volte poco gradevole all’ingresso della struttura come di fognatura. Stanza base piccolissima

Good Rest
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. 2 mins walk from Tophane tram station. Near Galataport mall, where you can find lots if Cafes and restaurants. The hotel has a rooftop Restaurant and SPA with Turkish Hamman.

The crew were really helpful and welcoming. Mustafa, Ali and others who really helped in iur stay.

Cons:

The facilities should be improved like toilets and air conditining. I checked in at a room on 8th floor was very warm, like a furnace. Although opened the windows to get cooler air but was still very warm. The heating system had issue in floors 9,8,7. The crew moved me to 4th floor which was way better.

Pros:

All The staff ( reception, spa, restaurant, and housekeeping) were amazing, very welcoming and helpful.
I asked for ice for mum because her feet was swollen and they were always nice and helpful.
The message there is great my mum said they are the best.

The hotel was very clean, well scented and furnished. The lobby was very beautiful. The location is great right next to the tram.

Грязно, не красиво, не вкусно, а самое обидное, что фото красивые, а реальность не соответствует действительности.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение, персонал сильно старался угодить во всем.

Cons:

Объект не соответствует фотографиями на сайте.
Маленькие номера, с отвратительным видом, окна маленькие, все старое и давно требует ремонта.
На завтрак не ходили вообще - выбора никакого, скудно, не вкусно, с потолка в медный таз с крыши капала вода, прямо в ресторане где люди кушают.
Один раз пришли , более даже не ходили.
Начиналась отзывов, хороших, а по факту, отель не стоит своих денег.

Грязно везде!

Pros:

On the positive side, the breakfasts were good and enjoyable. Location is perfect

Cons:

The room was extremely small for two people, so this is something to keep in mind when booking. It felt quite cramped.

The room was also very hot, even though it was cold outside. Unfortunately, nothing helped to cool it down. The toilet was not clean upon arrival, which was disappointing.

Another issue was the lack of privacy. Our window faced directly into another room, and we could clearly see other guests living, changing clothes, and relaxing.
