Pros:

The sheet is clean and The pillows were plump and there were 4 of them, which was great.

Cons:

There was a switch to control the room's brightness and temperature, and a water purifier on the side, but the light was so strong that I kept waking up.

위치가 강남역과 매우 가깝습니다.

Cons:

샤워부스내부 청결상태가 매우 불량하고, 객실 바닥과 슬리퍼의 위생 상태가 매우 불량합니다. 샤워부스의 문이 반대로 열리고 닫혀서 샤워를 하면 물이 객실 바닥으로 넘치게 되고 샤워부스가 완전히 밀폐되지 않아 샤워를 하면 수증기가 객실 전체로 퍼지는데 환기시설은 없어서 창문을 열고 환기를 해야합니다. 세면대 역시 밖에 노출되어있어 사용이 매우 불편합니다.

良くも悪くもない！立地重視するならいいかも。長期滞在には不向きかなぁ

・駅から近くて立地がいい
・スタッフの対応が良い

Cons:

・清掃が行き届いてない感じはあった
冷蔵庫の中が濡れていたり、髪の毛が張り付いていて不潔だった。
・チェックアウト12時の認識だったが、11時過ぎた頃にチェックアウトの時間ですと連絡があった。
・窓はあるが、遮光されてて外から光が入ってくることがないので部屋全体が暗く感じる。

最終的には慣れてよかった。
Pros:

カンナム駅からすぐの立地でとても便利なところにある。オリヤンやダイソーで爆買いしてもすぐ荷物を置きに行ける。飲食店が多い。部屋にウォーターサーバーがある、部屋の作り的にカビや汚れは仕方ないけど水回りはちゃんと掃除してくれている。シャワーはちゃんと出る、トイレも流れる。

Cons:

一部男性スタッフの態度を改善すべきかと思います。ホテルサイトに載せる際にラブホだということを記載して欲しかった。間違えて泊まってしまった。洗面台の排水が悪かった。最初WiFiが繋がらなくてフロントに言ったら接続しなおしてくれたが、態度の悪いスタッフがため息つきながら来て挨拶もなくドアをバーンと閉めて去っていって驚いた。

・ウォシュレットがついてる
・トイレが流せる
・10階がタバコ吸える

Cons:

・髪の毛が落ちてた
・枕が固くて厚い
・取り付けのケーブルが壊れてた
・スタッフのほとんどが英語が苦手でコミュニケーションが難しかった
