Pros:

The staff is good and helpful. They told me the correct way to go to the airport, and helped me to take over my trash on my hand after checking out. The location is the best --- Just next to the central street and the subway. The price is acceptable.

Cons:

1. The corridor and the room are not like what is shown in the photos. I would consider this more of a budget hotel. Everything feels crowded and simply decorated.
2. The bed, at least in my room, was terrible. It felt like there was a layer of plastic under the bedsheet, which made it extremely uncomfortable to move while lying down. After sleeping for one night, I developed a severe eczema rash all over my body. This didn’t happen to my girlfriend, likely because her skin is less sensitive. I’m not completely certain the sheets caused it, but it seems possible.
3. The air conditioner is quite noisy.
4. The showerhead in the bathroom cannot be fixed in place, so I had to hold it while showering.

Worst hotel with no basic facilities with huge charges
Pros:

Only the location was okay as it was near our clinic where we had to visit. Other than that nothing is good about this hotel

Cons:

No wardrobes in room.
Washroom doors not locking properly.
Phone Charging socket old fashioned.
Cramped room back side window opens on opposite side building wall which is too close to window.
No electric kittle given
No help from staff when we asked to help out to change TV language from Korean to English and they didn't even help us to connect our phone to TV to screen mirror because we couldn't understand Korean language
No proper sitting area No proper chairs and table
Bath tub outside the washroom open and connected to main room which has bed and opposite to open bathtub there is room door straight ahed
No hotel restaurant to order food if needed
No laundry service from hotel they didn't even help us find one outside
No Iron to press clothes soo difficult and yet they charged us 38k
Nobody in the reception speaks English. They dont understand anything we say
Also very irritating thing was the beds were covered with a plastic cover below the bedsheets as if we are kids. It was soo irritating to sleep on those beds with that plastic noice whenever we move while sleeping
The Ac was not working properly as well

샤워부스내부 청결상태가 매우 불량하고, 객실 바닥과 슬리퍼의 위생 상태가 매우 불량합니다. 샤워부스의 문이 반대로 열리고 닫혀서 샤워를 하면 물이 객실 바닥으로 넘치게 되고 샤워부스가 완전히 밀폐되지 않아 샤워를 하면 수증기가 객실 전체로 퍼지는데 환기시설은 없어서 창문을 열고 환기를 해야합니다. 세면대 역시 밖에 노출되어있어 사용이 매우 불편합니다.

良くも悪くもない！立地重視するならいいかも。長期滞在には不向きかなぁ

・スタッフの対応が良い

Cons:

・清掃が行き届いてない感じはあった
冷蔵庫の中が濡れていたり、髪の毛が張り付いていて不潔だった。
・チェックアウト12時の認識だったが、11時過ぎた頃にチェックアウトの時間ですと連絡があった。
・窓はあるが、遮光されてて外から光が入ってくることがないので部屋全体が暗く感じる。

最終的には慣れてよかった。
Pros:

カンナム駅からすぐの立地でとても便利なところにある。オリヤンやダイソーで爆買いしてもすぐ荷物を置きに行ける。飲食店が多い。部屋にウォーターサーバーがある、部屋の作り的にカビや汚れは仕方ないけど水回りはちゃんと掃除してくれている。シャワーはちゃんと出る、トイレも流れる。

Cons:

一部男性スタッフの態度を改善すべきかと思います。ホテルサイトに載せる際にラブホだということを記載して欲しかった。間違えて泊まってしまった。洗面台の排水が悪かった。最初WiFiが繋がらなくてフロントに言ったら接続しなおしてくれたが、態度の悪いスタッフがため息つきながら来て挨拶もなくドアをバーンと閉めて去っていって驚いた。
