Lage ist in der Nähes des San Mamés Stadions. Neuer Teil der Innenstadt fussläufig erreichbar, Altstadt ist mittels Straßenbahn einfach und schnell zu erreichen.

The location is absolute perfect, 3mins to San Mames, it has tram and metro station, tons of and shop and playgrounds in the area. The breakfast was good, usual stuff and some local specialty.

Posizione strategica per visitare Bilbao e gustarsi la città, anche la sera. Ho apprezzato la colazione, molto ricca, con prodotti vari e di qualità. Letti comodissimi .

The hotel is ideally located right above the Intermodal train and bus station and within a 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum and Old Town. Breakfast was plenty and varied, although we missed not having tortilla. The breakfast receptionists, Andon and Beñat, were very cordial and attentive to our needs.
Nam Restaurant, which is by the hotel, serves an excellent Menu del Dia. There are also two supermarkets close by, Mercadona and Aldi.

Ottima posizione, camera pulita e silenziosa con una bella vista su uno scorcio di città e sullo stadio San Mamés.

El personal muy amable y muy atento. El hotel estaba limpio. La habitación es grande. Cerca tienes barios bares para desayunar y comer o cenar. El parking es el mismo que el de la intermodal cuesta unos 16 euros día, puedes acceder directamente al garaje desde hotel.

Отличное месторасположение отеля, в пешей доступности красивый парк, музей Гуггенхайм, набережная. Современный интерьер номера, подземная парковка отеля, хороший завтрак

Habitación muy bonita y cómoda

A szálloda még nagyon új, ennek megfelelően korszerű, nagyon kényelmes. A takarítószemélyzet nagyszerű munkát végez. A konyha azonban minden elvárást igen magas szinten teljesít. Andoni úr vezetésével egy nagyon jó csapat szolgálja ki a vendégeket. Még a különleges igényeket is igyekeznek magas színvonalon teljesíteni. A szállodában talán egyetlen javítható dologként említem a WiFi hálózatot, mivel annak minősége ingadozott. A szálloda alatt van a buszpályaudvar. Vasuti összeköttetés és a metróvonal. A szálloda oldalában van az a villamosjárat állomás, amivel a Guggenheim múzeumot meg lehet közelíteni. Melegen ajánlom mindenkinek ezt a szállodát.
The hotel is still very new and, as you’d expect, modern and extremely comfortable. The housekeeping staff do a brilliant job. The kitchen, however, exceeds all expectations. Under Mr Andoni’s leadership, a very good team looks after the guests. They even strive to meet special requests to a high standard. Perhaps the only thing I would mention as an area for improvement at the hotel is the Wi-Fi network, as the quality was a bit patchy. The bus station is located directly below the hotel, as are the railway link and the underground line. Right next to the hotel is the tram stop from which you can reach the Guggenheim Museum. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
L'hotel è ancora nuovissimo e, di conseguenza, moderno e molto confortevole. Il personale addetto alle pulizie svolge un ottimo lavoro. La cucina, invece, soddisfa ogni aspettativa a livelli davvero elevati. Sotto la guida del signor Andoni, un ottimo team si prende cura degli ospiti. Si impegnano a soddisfare anche le richieste più particolari con grande professionalità. L’unico aspetto dell’hotel che potrebbe essere migliorato è la rete Wi-Fi, poiché la sua qualità era un po’ instabile. Sotto l’hotel si trova la stazione degli autobus, oltre ai collegamenti ferroviari e alla linea della metropolitana. Accanto all’hotel c’è una fermata del tram.

Fantásticas camas espaciosas y muy buenos colchones,creo q los mejores colchones de todos los hoteles donde he dormido y siempre suelo alojarme en 4 estrellas. La habitación espaciosa,superlimpia y todo muy nuevo sin ningún desperfecto q es de agradecer
