Es un hotel nuevo.

Cons:

Lo impersonal, muy grande, la recepción del hotel no está orientada a la calle. El personal de recepción no te reciben con una sonrisa.

La ubicación es perfecta .

Cons:

El desayuno . El zumo naranja no es natural , que en un hotel de 4 estrellas debería de serlo . Y el agua mineral , cuando se acabó la botella nos mandaron a beber de una fuente .

Perfecto para un partido de San Mamés pero lleva tu propia almohada.
Pros:

Lo bueno:
Muy buena ubicación, hotel nuevo y limpio, y una relación calidad-precio excelente. Pagamos 66 € la noche (33 € por persona), así que en ese sentido todo perfecto.

Cons:

Las almohadas son muy malas. Primero parecen duras y luego se hunden tanto que la cabeza acaba tocando el colchón. Mi acompañante opina exactamente lo mismo. Recomiendo llevar tu propia almohada.
Además, la puerta no aísla bien y se oye a la gente hablar por el pasillo.

Prima verblijf in een prachtige stad.
Pros:

Heerlijke centrale locatie. Vanuit hier hebben we regelmatig een Uber of zijn we wezen lopen richting het centrum. Prima kamer met een goed bed.

Cons:

Helaas hadden we geen bad in onze kamer. Daarnaast was er ook geen gym aanwezig. Het ontbijt vond ik persoonlijk wat matig voor 18 euro per persoon.
