Bien pero ojo con la obra
Pros:

La decoración, el personal

Cons:

Me dieron una habitación individual cuando había reservado una doble uso individual y lo peor es que daba a una obra enorme. Imposible descansar. Pero he de decir que fueron muy amables en todo momento, y me cambiaron de habitación la segunda noche. Se agradece.

An exceptional hotel offering first-class comfort, outstanding service, and the perfect location, one of the best places

Our stay at Hotel Ilunion San Mamés was outstanding from beginning to end. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and offers a perfect balance of comfort and style. The rooms are spacious, modern, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night’s sleep. The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality, they were always attentive and happy to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city, making it an ideal base for exploring Bilbao. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed throughout. We would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was impeccable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Hotel top, Frühstück flop.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen.

Cons:

17 € für ein Frühstück, das keinerlei Besonderheiten aufzuweisen hat, ist absolut nicht zu rechtfertigen.

Pros:

Pokoje czyste, dobrze urządzone w spokojnych kolorach i codziennie sprzątane, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane, śniadania też dobre. Bardzo sprawne zameldowanie i check out również. W lobby dla gości zawsze świeża, rześka woda z cytryną i miętą oraz owoce. Dużym plusem położenie przy centrum autobusowym, skąd można dojechać bezpośrednio np. na lotnisko.
Na dworcu autobusowym również wypożyczalnie samochodów

Cons:

Pierwsze wrażenie jest ważne, a w tym przypadku hotel mnie nie zachwycił, gdyż wejście do hotelu przypomina wejście do klatki schodowej w jakimś budynku wielorodzinnym i znajduje się tuż przy bramie wyjazdowej z parkingu podziemnego dla autobusów.

Proximidad estación intermodal

Cons:

El mobiliario no es de un cuatro estrellas (cabeceros y butacas plastificados ,mampara de baño sintética y de baja calidad y con gomas con moho). El lavabo no está integrado en el baño sino en la habitación y con mala iluminación
