Hotel totalmente nuevo, excelentes instalaciones. Bien comunicado, cómodo para visitar la ciudad.
Al desayuno, aunque bueno, le faltaba algo más de variedad para la excelencia.
Que el parking esté dentro del hotel. Se comunica por el ascensor.
El bufet de desayuno muy rico.
Poca luz en la habitación
Sehr gutes frisches Essen zu allen Mahlzeiten. Getränkepreise an der Bar moderat und angemessene Auswahl.
Die Zimmer sind neu und modern, alles Notwendige vorhanden, wenn man keine Minibar wünscht.
Das Personal wirkt überfordert: Die Duschvorlage wird am ersten Morgen ersatzlos weggeräumt? Die Rechnung an der Bar ist um zwei Getränke falsch abgerechnet, nach 15 Minuten kommt erst die korrigierte Rechnung. Die Bedienung im Restaurant ist im wörtlich Laufschritt unterwegs und entschuldigt sich unentwegt lauthals, wer weiß wofür.
Und nach Corona spätestens tragen die Servicekräfte beim Frühstücksbuffet eigentlich Handschuhe und die Haare zusammengenommen. Alles noch ausbaufähig.
