La Palma is amazing. We loved everything about it..

Rooms were very nice and hotel itself but more impressive was the staff , everyone was so polite and friendly …I have never experienced such politeness and friendliness….from everyone…saying hello and good morning at every moment ….ive stayed in many nice hotels but this I have to say best them all on the superbe staff

The staff was amazingly well organized from the moment we arrived to handling all reservations and making special requests happen. The property is beautiful and very modern and new great beds very comfortable rooms and top quality amenities throughout. Highly recommend and worth the cost in an ideal area of Capri

I had a very comfortable and restful stay during my time here. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and friendly.
The only downside is that the terrace view faces the back, so there isn’t much to see. Additionally, there is a neighborhood playground nearby, so it can be a bit noisy until around 9–10 PM. That is the only drawback.

여러 좋은 호텔을 많이 다녀봤지만 , 직원들이 정말 친절한 편이었고 구석구석 너무깔끔하고 침구류도 프레떼로 좋았습니다. 그리고 카프리 (미슐랭제외) 다른맛집보다 1 층 테라스식당에서 식사하는게 제일 깨끗하고 쾌적하고 맛잇엇습니다. 유일한단점은 해변가 타 호텔과 다르게 뷰가 없다는점. 뒷편 방향 룸은 뒷쪽이 동네 아이들 커뮤니티? 놀이터라서 밤까지 조금 시끄러운 편입니다

Excellent Hotel at Super location and service

5 stay all the way. The staff was incredible. They were so welcoming. Restaurant was truly incredible for breakfast and dinner. Dreaming of going back. Marina and Nino were truly amazing. Best experience ever.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect from an excellent hotel. The friendliness of the staff is amazing from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was seamless and efficient, yet always delivered with a smile. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is beautiful, with well-appointed rooms and lovely common areas. My experience at La Palma was so positive that I am already looking forward to my next visit.

Location is great and the service is fantastic. Restaurant on top is beautiful but not really worth the cost there are better options around. The pick up and drop off process they have is very convenient. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Such an incredible gem! While this location doesn’t have the sprawling sea views, we didn’t even notice as everything else made up for it. The staff catered to our every need and we so gracious and lovely. Truly made us feel so special and they are the reason we loved Capri so much. We cannot wait to return one day!

The best place and service. El lugar es hermoso, los restaurantes son exquisitos , la atencion es excelente! El hotel es muy bonito , huele delicioso. Esta super bien ubicado por q esta en el centro centro de capri

It is a fantastic experience. La Palma has top-notch service and is highly recommended. The rooms have anything you possibly need. Hotel is gorgeous everyone extremely attentive and helpful. Would definitely come back next time.
