The hotel was nice, but rather expensive for what you get. No pool, no breakfast, and no staff at the desk, but we paid
Pros:

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

There was no breakfast and the door on the side of the building would not open with our key. 2 times I went to the desk to ask for something and there was a sign that said they were busy. The first time we waited about 10 minutes before we gave up.

Clean and new
Pros:

Clean and new feeling. Bed was comfortable. Decent WiFi. Friendly staff. Overall happy with the stay

Cons:

Not just this location, but My Place in general no longer provides pots/pans/dishes. What is the point of having a kitchen in the room? I’m not going to lug around cookware when I’m traveling, so it should be provided by the hotel like it used to be.

Nice rooms, but no breakfast or kitchen utensils
Pros:

The rooms were fine. The kitchen included a full size refrigerator and stovetop, which seemed nice. Pressure in shower was good.

Cons:

Breakfast not included - available for extra fee, with delivery to room (supposedly breakfast in bed). Pretty annoying, which got worse when we discovered the fancy kitchen had NO utensils, plates, cups, etc. I ended up making microwave oatmeal in a paper cup provided with the coffee maker

Should have booked with an IHG property

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

Booked a double bed room a week in advanced, had softball tournaments so check in was late only to find out my room Was given to someone else and it was packed to 100% for the night and didnt have any options left. Got a $10 discount for the inconvenience, my kids had to sleep on the floor, lamps in the room did not work, west and east entry door did not work. Microwave in room did not work, wifi worked after 10 min of trying, items left from previous guest and was missed my employees. Overall, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

Very comfortable and nice!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable! We stay there twice a year while visiting family. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Beds are comfortable. Unit is very clean. Love the kitchenette because I have food allergies and need to bring my own food. Has a full sized refrigerator, microwave and stove top.

Cons:

Would be nice to have cups, silverware and dishes but we just pack our own.
