Excellent hotel! Very clean and inviting
Mary, the manager went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The front counter staff were exceptional with kindness, flexibility in adding nights and a wealth of information about surrounding area opportunities. Would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The entire second floor smelled of weed, and there was trash from other rooms in the hallway. The cable went out during our stay. The bathroom was disgusting- there was pubic hair on the shower walls and dirt everywhere making it obvious it had not been cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing, stale, overcooked food. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I do not recommend.

Cons:

Counter person had no idea what he was doing book through a site was paying at counter, ask for discount ended up being charged $20.00 extra dollars. Morning staff refunded it back thankfully.
Had his van out front and had another person take it apart and work on sound system all night parts and trash all over driveway.

Like how clean the whole place was, and how spacious the room where..

Cons:

-The price was not to bad, but once you were taxes 3 different ways it made the price of the room go up $25.00 more dollars. It was not worth $164.00
-They had one elevator that took forever the other elevator was broke
- Breakfast was pretty much wiped out at 9am people were complaining because there was no eggs, sausage, or even biscuits for the gravy. Only one waffle maker and there was a line of people waiting for it. Coffee was out, people were flustrated. They lady did go back and made a little more but not enough for everyone.

Decent place to stay.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful.

They did not keep breakfast items stocked up. Room could have been cleaned better.

Pass on this hotel, you get what you pay for!
Pros:

The beds and pillows are hard as a rock, not comfortable at all. Breakfast here is terrible, the eggs are not eggs- mushy and runny, the biscuits and gravy were cold and the coffee machine was broken. Fruit was going bad but it was the only option we had! They did make some coffee, but was so bitter and strong that I ended up going to Starbucks for a decent cup. The shower has hot water but had to move the faucet in the right position and did not have any shower gel. They did replace it after we showered with shampoo and walked downstairs to report it. Laundry was workable on the 2nd floor but was kind of expensive. For two loads to wash and dry, it was almost $10. Maybe that’s normal but paid less at other hotels. Also, oddly they came to “clean” the room but did not make up beds and threw away drinks that we had on the night stand that we intended to finish later but did not throw away other items in room?! TV was glibly too. Not a great experience at the BW Plus in McPherson.
