Very quiet beds was comfy but the food was not good at all

The breakfast tasted old the gravy sat out all night and they just reheated it only thing great about the breakfast was the waffle machine that’s it I seen a man and lady coming out of a back room they both seemed like they was on drugs the lady definitely was on something. My bedroom bathroom shower needed to be cleaned it look nasty like the shower wasn’t scrubbed there was black stuff on the floor in the shower

Cons:

Took me a minute to adjust the thermostat in the room. It was set for very cold - and didn't check the wall thermostat for a couple minutes while working on the a/c unit at the window.

Clean, quiet, comfortable beds and great breakfast
Pros:

Excellent experience. We have stayed here several times and every time has been exceptional! Appreciate the cleanliness, reasonable price, and excellent breakfast. Little extras like fruit bowl and cookies in the lobby are a welcoming touch. Wil be back when traveling through.

Pros:

The person that was working in the breakfast area was exceptional. She never stopped working to clean, straighten or replenish items. This is most likely not a highly paid position, but she deserves a raise in pay whatever she is currently making. The food was very good for this type of self serve breakfast.

Cons:

More lighting in the parking area and the plant growth removed from the parking spaces.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.
Pros:

Probably one of the better breakfast for a hotel that I have had. The lobby area was very warm and inviting. Love the fact the hotel sits far enough away from the interstate that you don't get the traffic noise. Glad this place had a room big enough to fit all 5 of us. Hate when I have to pay for 2 rooms!

Cons:

Wish they had an indoor pool with hot tub.

Very dirty and shabby. Hairs (not ours) in the bathroom, hairs (not ours) on the bedsheets. Beds were not made by housekeeping. Microwave was dirty inside. No vacuum cleaning the whole week. Piled up dirt behind the cupboard. Toilet clogged the first day, toilet flush handle fell off. Staff disinterested.

We plan to stay here again.
Pros:

We stayed here one year ago and had a very good experience, and we plan to stay again later this month. It is quiet for such a busy area and convenient to the freeway as well as shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

The property seemed a little less well maintained than a year ago. For example, there was a button cover missing in one of the elevators. But there was nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay.
