Disappointing Experience – Needs Serious Improvement
Pros:

The whole building is big, you have the feeling wow it's great. The responsiveness of the personal was very good when they understood me.

Cons:

I had a very disappointing stay at Zenith Premier Hotel in Baubau. From the moment we arrived, there were issues. First, the concierge was nowhere to be found, so we had to struggle with our luggage on our own—no help whatsoever.

Then, the real problem: the bed sheets were dirty. I tried calling housekeeping, but nobody spoke English. I then called the reception, and after using Google Translate, I managed to explain that I needed clean sheets. Someone came to replace them, but unbelievably, the new sheets were just as dirty as the previous ones. Seriously?

This is supposed to be a "premier" hotel—at the very least, staff should be able to communicate in English, and basic cleanliness should be a given. If you can't train your staff to communicate, at least make sure the laundry is in order. Very disappointing experience.

Would not recommend unless management takes serious action to improve.

Pros:

Great, plentiful buffet Indonesian style breakfast with some "European" options. Pool, restaurant and lobby areas were nice. Room was comfortable and pretty clean. Had western exposure room (even number) Choose eastern exposure room for much nicer view and to avoid broiling afternoon sun.

Cons:

Room was extremely HOT and took six hours for weak a/c to cool down. No way to leave a/c on while waiting somewhere else. Linens delivered after checkin, clean towels and pillowcases but dirty bathmat.

Nice hotel, good value
Pros:

Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again

Pros:

Nach 10 Jahre endlich wieder zu Hause. Wir haben zwei Nächte im Zenith verbraucht, da mein Sohn gerne im Pool schwimmen.

Wir werden gerne wieder nochmals übernachten.

Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Personnel tres gentil et attentif par contre hotel sale. Pas de pression et eau froide pour la douche. Bruit de machine toute la nuit.
