De locatie is perfect, je zit zo goed als in het centrum met voldoende te doen in de directe omgeving. De kamer is verouderd, maar prima, schoon, netjes, prima bedden en airco. Let op, het zijn wel kleine bedden.
De foto’s komen niet overeen met de realiteit wat betreft het beeld van het hotel. Het zwembad is vies en klein, en ligt midden in de lobby. Bij aankomst kregen wij een kamer op de bovenste verdieping met de vraag of dat goed was, wij gaven de voorkeur aan een lagere kamer, maar dat was niet mogelijk (retorische vraag dus). Jammer genoeg leek het wel alsof daar nog meerdere kamers vrij waren. Hoewel er leuke zitjes in de lobby zijn, zijn deze vies, kapot of doorgezakt, erg jammer.

We at first were told we didn’t have a reservation when we came to the property when I gave my name and told the hotel was completely full. And then when I pushed back and showed messages from WhatsApp confirming my reservation it was then found. Then when we got to our room it was not clean, no towels, no soap in our room. We approached the staff and the only were able to locate two towels in the entire hotel to give to the three of us staying in the room. We then decided it was time for a refund and last minute booked somewhere else - staff was super nice but it seemed like they were under staffed and the hotel was not organized at all. The good thing was we were able to obtain a refund but I cannot say I would recommend staying here over other similarly priced hotels in the area that had much nicer rooms and were much more organized

Todo, su piscina limpia, la ubicación es buena a 5 calles de la plaza principal, soriana, hay restaurantes cerca, el hotel tiene una cafeteria, pero lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio a la habitación se nos hizo un detallazo por qué pensamos que no lo harían y regresamos y nos habían doblado hasta nuestros cobertores todo estaba impecable una estancia fabulosa y atención de 10 de principio a fin :)

He hotel is centraal gelegen , dicht bij de winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Mooi ingericht hotel. Gratis ruime parking bij het hotel.
Geen koelkast op de kamer. Eenvoudig ingerichte kamers.

La ubicación es genial, entre el centro y el remate del paseo Montejo. Nunca usé la alberca pero las personas que la usaban se veían muy a gusto y disfrutando, siempre estuvo en función. Las personas de recepción, mantenimiento, limpieza, todos muy buen equipo. Si volvería a hospedarme ahí.
En general estuvo bien. Solo la televisión, no tenía buena recepción y no podía ver algo sin interrupciones. Pero no dependo tanto de la tele, por lo que no fue tanto problema. Tiene clima, ventilador de techo, buena iluminación, las camas cómodas. No es de gran lujo, más bien es clásico y en buenas condiciones. Es buena opción.

Geen warm water douche en gehorig. Best wat deuren van de hotelkamers lopen aan en dat geeft schurend geluid in trappenhuis. Verder was niet altijd een Engelstalige baliemedewerker aanwezig. Die Engelstalige waren super behulpzaam. Licht op slaapkamer was enorm licht en fel. Iets sfeervoller was fijn geweest

La TV no funcionaba, pero tampoco fue muy necesaria.
