A truly delightful place to stay in Mérida. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Everything: the kind and helpful staff, my room and comfy bed, the smallish pool: large enough to do my aerobic exercises and cool off in the afternoons, the in-house coffee shop, the location (walking distance to almost everything - incl the excellent laundromat ‘Evergreen’, the decor, the original paintings, the elegant furniture, the quietness at night, the AC and fan, the limitless supply of drinking water etc etc

Excelente ubicación, el servicio es bueno.
La limpieza es adecuada, a excepción que el nuestra habitación (203) el shampoo, jabón corporal y jabón para manos no lo llenaron, la iluminación en la habitación puede mejorar

La atención y recomendaciones de Daniel son muy buena.

Pros:

Emplacement idéal, chambre propre et accueil très aimable. L’hôtel a un charme à l’ancienne qui est agréable.

Cons:

La piscine au cœur de l’hôtel est très agréable mais cela provoque du bruit quand des adolescents jouent dedans.

Parfait pour découvrir la ville à pied. Bon rapport qualité prix 😉
Pros:

Super emplacement dans le centre ville de Merida. On peut déposer la voiture sur le parking de l’hôtel (qui est fermé la nuit - attention places limitées) et faire tout à pied à moins de 10 min.
Personnel très sympathique à l’accueil. Chambres pas très grandes mais confortables et propres.

Cons:

Attention au nombres de place pour se garer dans l’hôtel. Piscine un peu petite vu le nombre de chambres de l’établissement. Chambre un peu sombre surtout au fond du couloir.

Pros:

The stuff was very nice, super location, great price/value, it is authentic style if it is important to you and comfortable. Merida is uber warm pool was a great plus!!!! Highly recommend to stay, do not expect a fancy 5star hotel but itnos decent and nice. We loved it!

Atención
Pros:

El agua de la ducha tenía buena presión y el personal de mantenimiento fue muy amable

Cons:

Desde la reserva saben que somos tres personas y únicamente dejaron dos toallas. Se solicito únicamente el cambio de toallas ya que no requerimos servicio de limpieza por lo que nosotros las llevamos personalmente a la recepción para realizar el cambio pero no tenían :(. Nos dijeron que iban a estar listas por la tarde pero nunca nos dieron avisó así que fuimos de nuevo a la recepción donde nuevamente nos estaban entregando dos toallas en lugar de tres. El televisor también tuvo algunos inconvenientes y el agua caliente dejo de salir pero e personal de mantenimiento fue muy amable y lo resolvió muy rápido :)
