Lovely unique hotel in an excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and great value for money. The lobby area is beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Has all the facilities you could need. There is a water cooler where you can refill your water bottle which I really liked.

Cons:

The WiFi is only available in the lobby area. This wasn’t an issue for us as there is plenty of phone signal in the rooms but if you don’t have data roaming it’s something to be aware of

Pros:

NADA, las zonas comunes son tal como aparecen en las fotos, pero el interior de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, no hay unos mínimos de limpieza, las sabanas, almohadas y cortinas son asquerosas. El personal no está capacitado, nos asignaron habitaciones que no correspondían con la reserva realizada que era dos habitaciones con dos camas dobles cada una.

Cons:

El personal completamente inútil, excepto Efrain que hizo lo mejor que pudo para asignarnos una nueva habitación con dos camas dobles, dos horas después de haber realizado el Check in, mientras que su compañero Moises (no tiene ni idea de lo que hace un recepcionista), no sabía qué hacer ni a quien llamar para pedir ayuda.

Lokalizacja hotelu w odległości spaceru od głównego placu miasta. Hotel jest bardzo ładny, wnętrze lobby zachwyca! Dobrze działający internet WIFI, miła i pomocna obsługa, bezpłatny parking na terenie obiektu.

Cons:

Pokoje są skromnie urządzone i wyposażone, brakuje choćby suszarki do włosów. Pokoje ciemne [okno wychodzi na patio].

Good value. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. Very clean room.

Cons:

There's no seating by the pool, its very cold and its essentially in the lobby so doesn't feel relaxing. Loud noise from nearby bars to gone 2am.

Mooi hotel. Goeie locatie. Dicht bij alles. Privé parking 2 straten verder. Geen lift maar was geen probleem voor ons. Ruime kamer. Haardroger te leen aan de receptie.

Cons:

Receptionist sprak niet veel Engels.

Acceptable for a short stay, but next time I would look for something else.
Pros:

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, which is perfect for exploring the center of Merida. Additionally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff.

Cons:

The communication regarding check-in was frustrating; the hotel sent a message stating check-in was only between 3 PM and 6 PM, forcing us to rush, only to find out the reception is actually open 24/7. The room was small, and while the photos showcase the main building, we were placed in a second building that felt inferior and overlooked a small parking lot. There was also no fridge in the room. The pool is small but very deep, making it impractical for both adults and children. Lastly, the hotel parking is tiny; although there is a second lot nearby, it didn't feel very secure, though fortunately, nothing happened to our car.

Everything to make your Mérida stay memorable.
Pros:

This is a beautiful, traditional property with lovely sitting areas around lush open gardens and shaded pool (it is appropriate for swimming). Charming and relaxing places to sit (with good Internet connection). They provide bottled water each day and there is a dispenser to fill your water bottle in lobby. A small cafe is off the lobby for coffee and a bite in am. But, a short walk either down Calle 55 or up Calle 56 brings one to excellent spots for coffee or food. It is a few blocks walk from all the places you’ll want to be in Merida! We were fortunate to select it.

Cons:

If hot water is important to you, showering in afternoon will provide it. Morning temps are tepid, but okay.
