Pros:

הצוות היה אדיב ונעים, כל מה שהיינו צריכים הם הביאו לנו מהר בלי בעיות

Cons:

החדר לא היה נקי, הטלויזיה לא עבדה אפילו שתיקנו את השלט שוב, לחץ המים היה נמוך, היה ריח של ביוב במלון.
התאורה הלבנה בחדרים הייתה ממש מזעזעת.
והבריכה ממוקמת ממש בכניסה בלובי ואין פרטיות מה שלא מבינים מהתמונות, ראיתי כל כך הרבה ביקורות טובות וחוץ מהמיקום המדהים והצוות לא מבינה על מה המהומה, לא אחזור לשם שוב, מאכזב מאוד

Excellent location for exploring Merida. Great places to eat just a short walk away.
Pros:

Excellent location for exploring the city and they had some parking which we needed. Room was decent.

Cons:

Pool was not available at the time of visiting. We were put into a side room because a large party of people were staying at the hotel. Not major issues, but enough to bump the property down from a 9 or higher rating.

L'emplacement est top à 10 minutes du centre pour les visites, parking sécurisé et privé c'est un atout si vous avez un véhicule.
Chambre simple mais suffisante pour 2 nuits.

Pros:

Chambre simple mais propre et fonctionnel.
Parking sur place ou la rue de derrière selon disponibilité.

Café qui touche l’hôtel pour le petit déjeuner est un plus, car ni cafetière ou thé dans la chambre .
Personnel très gentil

Cons:

Attention pas d’ascenseur et notre chambre au 3e.
Il a fallu demander les serviettes qui n’avaient pas été mise dans la chambre.

Les bonbonnes d’eau ne sont pas très froides
comme très souvent l’eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à venir et la pression de l’eau n’est pas top

Pros:

Las instalaciones y la ubicación, todo queda cerca si te gusta caminar o incluso bicicleta no es mala opción, el precio la verdad es muy bueno superó las expectativas
Y no olvidar el servicio que es excelente

Excelente ubicación, me encanto la decoracion de cuadros , espejos ,muy colonial, muy colorido por el área verde , etc, durante nuestra estancia diario nos mantuvieron limpia nuestra habitación, personal muy atentos todos, la recepcionista Verónica muy atenta y amable,
gracias !!! Esperamos volver pronto..

Hotel is mooi, locatie in Mérida is prima, vriendelijk personeel en een watertap waar je gebruik van kan maken.

Cons:

Kamer op de vierde verdieping zonder liften, dat is niet fijn met je bagage. Zwembad is kleiner dan je zou denken op basis van de foto's.
