Hotel de lujo. Ideal para viajes en coche.
Pros:

Hotel nuevo, decorado con mucho gusto. Habitación amplia y lujosa. Me encantó! Digno de un 5 estrellas. Destaco la amabilidad, servicio y atención del camarero que atendia los desayunos. Buffet genial ;) Situación perfecta si viajas en coche.Relación calidad precio muy muy buena.

Cons:

Checkin a las 15. Llegamos a las 13,30 h y no nos ofrecieron ni para guardar las maletas ni el bono para comer en la brasseria del hotel mientraa esperabamos.Hubiera sido un detalle que hubieramos agradecido. Eso sí cuando volvimos, a las 14,45h ya estaba la habitación y pudimos acceder...

We really liked the hotel itself. The finishes and materials are modern and high-quality, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is great. We also appreciated the smart modern solutions and the excellent breakfast.

Cons:

The only downside was the service and staff attitude. In advance of our stay, we had informed the hotel that we were traveling with a cat, requested a parking spot, and provided our license plate number.

Upon arrival, the barrier did not open automatically, so we had to find temporary parking and go to the front desk just to get in. At check-in, we were unnecessarily told that cats aren’t usually allowed, but they would "make an exception" for us. The next day, the barrier failed to open again.

Our room key card stopped working before our agreed-upon late check-out. We had to go back to reception to get it reactivated—even though we had just been at the desk five minutes earlier to ask about the parking barrier, and it could have easily been handled then.

Overall, these are minor details, but together they left a rather frustrating impression of the service.

Ottimo hotel
Pros:

Struttura nuovissima, molto bella, impeccabile. Camera ampia, ben arredata e molto confortevole. Parcheggio privato davanti all’hotel. Birreria accanto all’hotel, stessa proprietà con sconto agli ospiti dell’hotel
