TODO MUY ANTIGUO Y NO REMODELADO, SUPER RUIDOSO, BAÑO ANTIGUO CON ASPECTO DE SUCIO, CAMAS DURAS, SE ESCUCHA TODO DE LAS HABITACIONES DE LOS COSTADOS, DEBERIAN INVERTIR EN REMODELAR.

Buen hotel, en una muy buena ubicación, el personal muy amable, en general un buen hotel.

Cons:

El único problema fue el baño, tenía un muy mal olor, obviamente está el tema del agua, que el hotel no tiene nada que ver, pero sí era demasiado el mal olor, de ahí en más todo excelente

Cons:

First room I was given had a leaking toilet. Moved rooms, dingy, dark, smelly, bed linen stank of smoke, weird mirror lamp shade. Thumping music from roofbar blasting all night. Girl at reception had awful attitude. This is basically a party hostel. Booked two nights. Arrived 11pm. Left as early as I could next day, writing off second night.

Fue ideal para mi familia porque mis 2 hijos durmieron en su propia cama

Fue incomodo tener que estacionarse antes en la calle de al lado y tener que cargar las maletas, pero ya teniendo el acceso al estacionamiento fue mas practico.
el piso del baño quedaba muy mojado después de bañarse

Todo muy limpio, el espacio es grande tanto de los cuartos como en áreas comunes. El personal super amable

No hay una rampa o algo que facilite subir las maletas por las escaleras, cuando llegue nadie me auxilio, aunque en mi salida si me ayudaron pero llegando estaba lloviendo y si ayudaría poder subir maletas rápido. En el cuarto la tele está muy arriba y la cama muy abajo lo cual hace incómodo verla, y también la cama no era tan cómoda

El hecho de estar justo en Chapultepec hacía imposible no escuchar todo el ruido de la actividad en la noche; estaba rodeado de atracciones nocturnas y la habitación no estaba totalmente aislada del ruido.
