Excelente ubicación y muy bien el hotel
The staff was very welcoming and always helpful. Once they had the 2 addresses I needed to go everyday to provide volunteer therapy to abandoned & orphaned disabled children, they remembered it every day to call me a taxi. Loved that there was always someone there to help if I had a question or needed walking directions. I picked the hotel because I'd noticed it other years I stayed on Avenida Chipultepec & loved it's outer colorful retro look. Also due to it being right on Chipultepec. Everything is within minutes of walking. Lots of great restaurants & street tacos all at reasonable prices. No need for a taxi or Uber. Their regular price would've been a little too much for me, but with Booking.com I was able to get a good discount so I could afford it instead of staying in a less private hostel. Only thing I wished they had was a mini fridge so I could bring back left overs. Such rooms are available for a higher price if you really want it. I just got the standard room. The bed was super comfy & AC worked so good I often had to turn it off (July). Their air filtration in the AC worked great & my allergies were better while there. I'd definitely stay there again!!
I wished they had garbage cans in the sitting areas near the elevators & downstairs, but there's not many on the streets either. I like to have that option so less people just leave trash on the sidewalk or next to a tree, etc. I also would have liked to have a little café in the hotel for some simple lite foods when you're too busy to go to a restaurant. They do have water, sodas, snacks, & some other items for sale in the lobby, just not any real healthy options like eggs, fruit, etc.

The location is excellent - plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and only a short walk (25min or so) to the centre.

los trabajadores súper amables y a disposición de todo, y la estancia perfecta! muy cómodas las camas, y me gustó que te queda cerquita todo (restaurantes, bares, parques, centros comerciales)
La ubicación
El hotel tiene instalaciones precarias, el servicio fue muy malo y deficiente, mala actitud de las chicas de recepción, espacios pequeños, estaba sucio, olía muy mal el baño y el agua de regadera y lavabo olían a agua tratada, había muchísimo ruido, se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, las habitaciones eran demasiado pequeñas y ruidosas, no había closet o dónde guardar las cosas.
