Felt luxurious but affordable. 3-4 min walk to major train station and the skyliner that takes you to Narita in 35 min. On the Yamanote line so close to central areas, but slightly off the beaten path. Felt very local and comfortable. Loved our room and view. Fair amount of space! They also held our luggage before check out and after check out. Such awesome service. The entrance and lobby also smells like heaven

The bathroom had a fishy smell and wish they gave more towels.

Great first night in Tokyo.
Pros:

I stayed here 1 night, the day I landed in Tokyo. Highlights: The breakfast was a feast of various Japanese flavors - tempura, grilled fish, "onsen" boiled eggs, soft tofu, tasty soups, salads, fruit and more! As someone who loves Japanese cuisine and plentiful nutritious options, I was more than happy. Relaxing in the hot sento bath after a long travel day was bliss. Walking distance to the Yamanote line. Room was very clean and met all basic needs.

Cons:

This may have been because it was my first night and getting used to the time difference, but the bed felt a little firm for my liking and it took a while to get to sleep. Everything else was great.

Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable room and great location. Only a 5ish minute walk to the local station which connects directly to Tokyo station. Family Mart or 7Eleven (can’t remember which now) right next door. Breakfast was excellent, the best so far on our trip.

Room was nice and big, bathroom was comfortable, great location near Nippori which is useful for Narita airport. Breakfast was absolutely incredible. Staff very friendly and helpful
