Location is not far from Nippori station, just 4 min walk with luggage. And, of course, the keisei skyliner to narita airport.
Surrounding with food stalls, convenient store, also supermarket.
The room & toilet were as Japanese standard (really clean & good) w/o bathtub, so u can easily take shower w/o climbing in. (But there s public bath)
Safety was good with card to use lift.
Love its public bath.
The public bath is quite small; like if 7 people are in bath, it s quite packed. 10 people is too packed.
No towel provided at public bath, but that s ok.
The sound from room above and next to could be heard; like foot steps.

窗簾遮光率超好，蓮蓬頭水超大，而且不是中央空調，是可以自己調的。這些細節相當加分。
吹風機如果能升級就好了，風力有點小。
Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig.
Unser Zimmer war nicht besonders groß und hatte leider keinen Schrank.
