Résidence Club MMV Les Clarines

My wife and I booked our stay through Hotels.com and chose a room at MMV specifically for the advertised mountain views. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived expecting a relaxing and scenic getaway—but were incredibly disappointed. Instead of the mountain view we paid for, we were given what was clearly the worst view in the entire building, facing a wall or some kind of service area. It completely ruined the atmosphere we were hoping for.

To make matters worse, the elevators were broken during our stay, and no one from management seemed to care. There was no offer to move us, no apology, and no attempt at compensation. We felt completely ignored.

For a brand that markets itself on comfort and quality, this was a huge letdown. We would caution others to double-check what you’re really getting before booking.

Property was perfect for pur family

The apartment was suitable, the toilet room could have been a bit bigger.

Also the fan in the kitchen ran 24/7

Brilliant location in a great skiing resort. Was a bit apprehensive looking at the mixed regiews but we found it excellent. Decent size apartment and very new. Everything worked and very clean. We had to get two lifts to get to the 8th floor but that was fine. Nice touch with swimming pool. Would definitely go again and 9 out of 10 for us.

Really nice accommodation, great location (although up a big hill) really clean and modern facilities and would return - although thought it was overpriced now we’ve stayed there. Great kids club and after ski snack, friendly helpful staff. However there was constantly issues with the lifts, reception was only open at certain times of the day, no where to buy drinks even a bottle of water when reception was closed, would be good to maybe install a vending machine, no basic self catering amenities like tea towels, dishwasher tablets, bin bags like we have had at previous self catering accommodations. Also had to make own beds, never been anywhere where beds were not made up on arrival. No terrace and playground as listed on amenities. Pool and spa were small hit really nice after a long day skiiing. Our overall experience was positive though and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, nice apartments, and friendly staff. Nice views, Great amenities from a spa and indoor/outdoor pool to sauna and a kids crèche, a ski rental shop next door, lots of tall lockers for your equipment, access to a ski lift right next door and also has parking and breakfast, everything you need for a family trip in the Alps!
