Back door was broken, was not able to access tell day I left!!, beds were not made up, but I guess I need to ask for that...if so why still pay higher price for the rooms

The details matter....
Pros:

Location was absolutely fantastic! They accommodated my early arrival.

Cons:

The room was decent, however I feel like it was rushed to be cleaned. The shower was slippery and greasy and the pillows smelled soured or old. There were also sharp metal brackets that were sticking out from under the beds to where my son's leg was cut.

Close to AZA, good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Decent breakfast
Pros:

Hotel was fine, handicapped parking was a challenge with just a couple spaces in the front, and a long walk down an interior hall from the few others at one end of the building to get to the elevators. Decent breakfast, close to Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), which is why we were staying there.

Cons:

Few handicap spots in front. A little pricey for a basic hotel in the summer.
