Das Zimmer und Frühstück waren sehr gut.
Leider stand das Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht zur Verfügung, wegen Wartungsarbeiten. Ich habe aber erst bei der Ankunft davon erfahren. Hätte man ja auch schon vorher mitteilen können, dann hätte ich wenigstens noch die Wahl gehabt. Den ganzen Preis durfte ich natürlich gerne bezahlen, da fühlt man sich schon auf den Arm genommen.
A great place to stay and enjoy Wuhan. A beautiful park with a lake next to the hotel is perfect for a morning run and an evening walk. A Thai massage within 5 min walk will help you to relax after a long trip.

Rooms were okay.
Very very unprofessional staff. Fist at the time of check-in they charged a150% of the room rate as deposit which I have never been asked during all my stays. Second at the time of Check-out they do not had enough Money to return our deposit. we had to catch the train early in the morning and were getting delayed. somehow they arranged returning back our deposit but paid in 10RMB notes, quite ridiculous for a hotel Chain like Crowne Plaza!. Third we had hired van for going to train station and the condition of van was so bad it hardly was able to move which was adding salt to our agony. Never ever will stay at Crowne Plaza hotels again.
We stayed two nights for vacation. The hotel is very nice and the room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Will stay again next time.
By far one of the best hotels we have stayed worldwide. The hotel is a gem and the staff courteous, going beyond our expectations to help.
We will definitely be back!
