Heerlijk hotel
Pros:

De locatie
Heel vriendelijk personeel, bij inchecken kregen we kosteloos een kamer op de 3de etage i.p.v de 1ste etage. Op de 3de beter uitzicht.
Comfortabele kamer met hele goede bedden.
Heerlijke douche.
Goede faciliteiten om een maaltijd op te warmen.
De hele dag door koffie en thee en flesjes water.
Klein terras maar prima om buiten te zitten.
Shuttle car service.

Cons:

4 ochenden dezelfde ontbijtbox, geen keuze.

Comfortable beds, lovely room, very clean.

Cons:

The property is 2km from downtown and the shuttle is very difficult to book. I arrived after 8pm when shuttles and taxis have stopped for the evening and had to walk in the dark with my heavy bag. You can’t book a shuttle with less than an hour notice and it’s very cumbersome to do so. There is also no restaurant and the breakfast box has to be booked days in advance so I was out of luck when I checked in.

Pros:

The staff were wonderful, very helpful and always with a smile and willingness to help.
I would especially like to mention the receptionist who helped us a lot in planning the exact and efficient route to Hakone by train, professional with endless patience and a constant smile, she was simply amazing!!!!

Pros:

Davvero molto gentili e disponibili tutti.

Cons:

È un po fuori, ma nulla che non si possa gestire con un buon taxi. Nikko è piccola quindi a girarla anche in taxi si fa presto.

Comfortable beds and great views.
Pros:

The staff was so very nice and helpful. The beds where the most comfortable on our 4 weeks trip traveling thru Japan. We loved the location. You can walk downhill thru some nice woods and there is a lovely teahouse wich also serves coffee and lovely cakes. Take in the village of Nikko the World Heritage Tour bus and it takes you to all the beautiful spots in Nikko. We took a cap back to the hotel for just 800 yen. The views from the lobby and our room where on the beautiful mountains. They also have a shuttlebus which takes you with your luggage to the station. You want a quite night just take some nice curry, lobsterbisque, pizza from the hotel and stare at those mountains. Which we did. A nice quiet time before or after your stay in Tokyo.
