Nous avons aime la chambre magnifique très grande spacieuse les petites attentions comme le cocktails ou le champagne avec le dessert offert pour notre voyage de noce le cadre face à l océan le personnel qui fait en sorte que votre séjour soit top

The roof top where you eat. Not updated . Waiters not professional.
It look like the place was left behind . And the road to the hotel very poor.

Super séjour
Pros:

Notre chambre était juste magnifique avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le Rooftop tout en haut était super. Dommage nous n’avons pu profiter en raison de notre court séjour.
Le personnel était super et nous avons même eu droit à une attention en raison de notre voyage de noce. Merci beaucoup !

Cons:

L’emplacement, malheureusement il fallait environ 15 minutes en voiture (taxi) pour aller au centre et sur le séjour ça devenait coûteux.
Je vous recommande de trouver une location pour être libre de mouvement.

Amazing room and location. We would defiantly recommend.
Pros:

The room was spectacular, and extremely spacious. The bed was really comfortable, and the automatic blinds were a nice touch. The bathroom area too was very well designed.
We stayed the night after our wedding, and wished we could stay longer.

Cons:

A few more options on the room service, as we would have liked to eat in the room later, but not much to choose from.
As it was the bridal suite, it would have been nice to have a few extra touches to help us celebrate.

Vue superbe endroit de charme mais chambre pour un coupe

Cons:

Le manque de meuble dans la chambre car nous étions 3 et du coup rien ne remplaçait le canapé . La salle de bain est dans l’entrée sans aucune intimité il faut le savoir ..

Pros:

Very clean and updated resort. If you want to avoid the massive resorts, this is the perfect spot. Small but beautiful in many ways. Food was amazing as well.

Cons:

The only downside was the shower water was not warm.

Pros:

Lovely hotel and we had the most amazing room! Helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast service could be slow and a bit erratic and the private beach area had a lot of palm trees so the shade might be frustrating for sun worshippers. However, we were treated to an incredible balcony with sunbeds and a hot tub- luxury! If you want to go to Playa del Carmen then a hired car is really helpful and the hotel has plenty of parking.

Décevant, sale et personnel désagréable. Les photos donnent envie, l’expérience est bien différente

Cet hôtel semble bien en apparence car il dispose d’équipements et de belles photos

Cons:

Chambres sales (poils et odeur d’égouts), équipements sales (la piscine du rooftop n’a pas été nettoyé depuis la saison dernière). Très mauvaises finitions qui font passé les photos pour du mensonge
Le personnel est soit très lent (plus d’une heure d’attente pour un burger) ou très désagréable (parle mal et ment sur les conditions initiales de séjour)

Good location away from the city. Very relaxing with friendly staff

The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful.
Despite being fully occupied it was quiet and uncrowded.
Large, clean room.
Pleasant common areas.
Roof top pool.

Cons:

The dinner menu. It was not at all as the website suggested. We liked the lunch menu so would eat a late lunch instead.

The rooftop pool was too cold. The beach level pool is too much in the shade. Ocean is inaccessible directly from beach due to rocks.

Pros:

L hôtel est très beau - une architecture simple, originale tout en boiserie , qui respecte le lieu. La vue sur la mer, la taille et décoration de la chambre, le calme, la qualité du restaurant , la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le restaurant principal était fermé, le beach club et le rooftop étaient ouverts mais avec peu de choix pour le dîner sur une semaine comme seul le rooftop sert à dîner.
La lenteur et les erreurs du service parfois - mais compensées par la gentillesse.
Un peu plus de lumière dans la salle de bain.

Très belle vue, un super rooftoop, une chambre magnifique qui vaut le détour, un accueil très agréable, et un très bel hôtel

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique, la nourriture n’est pas extra, et nous avions demandé des plats que nous n’avons pas eu plusieurs fois. Assez décevant car l’hôtel est sublime.
