Décevant, sale et personnel désagréable. Les photos donnent envie, l’expérience est bien différente
Pros:

Cet hôtel semble bien en apparence car il dispose d’équipements et de belles photos

Cons:

Chambres sales (poils et odeur d’égouts), équipements sales (la piscine du rooftop n’a pas été nettoyé depuis la saison dernière). Très mauvaises finitions qui font passé les photos pour du mensonge
Le personnel est soit très lent (plus d’une heure d’attente pour un burger) ou très désagréable (parle mal et ment sur les conditions initiales de séjour)

Good location away from the city. Very relaxing with friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful.
Despite being fully occupied it was quiet and uncrowded.
Large, clean room.
Pleasant common areas.
Roof top pool.

Cons:

The dinner menu. It was not at all as the website suggested. We liked the lunch menu so would eat a late lunch instead.

Great stay
Pros:

The room is gorgeous. The staff was exceptional. The balcony was beautiful. The roof was beautiful.

Cons:

The rooftop pool was too cold. The beach level pool is too much in the shade. Ocean is inaccessible directly from beach due to rocks.

Pros:

L hôtel est très beau - une architecture simple, originale tout en boiserie , qui respecte le lieu. La vue sur la mer, la taille et décoration de la chambre, le calme, la qualité du restaurant , la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Le restaurant principal était fermé, le beach club et le rooftop étaient ouverts mais avec peu de choix pour le dîner sur une semaine comme seul le rooftop sert à dîner.
La lenteur et les erreurs du service parfois - mais compensées par la gentillesse.
Un peu plus de lumière dans la salle de bain.

Très belle vue, un super rooftoop, une chambre magnifique qui vaut le détour, un accueil très agréable, et un très bel hôtel

Cons:

Le personnel n’est pas très sympathique, la nourriture n’est pas extra, et nous avions demandé des plats que nous n’avons pas eu plusieurs fois. Assez décevant car l’hôtel est sublime.

Pros:

Bon séjour au sein de Mvngata.
Le personnel est réactif, sympathique et serviable, notamment dans la réservation de taxis.
La chambre correspond parfaitement aux photos et l'entretien est impeccable.
Nous avons également apprécié l'attention particulière que l'équipe nous a accordé pour l'événement que l'on célébrait.
Le système de bracelet en guise de clef de chambre est sympa, surtout que l'équipe nous les offre à la fin du séjour en guise de souvenir!!

Cons:

La piscine du rooftop est bien plus petite que sur les photos mais cela reste correct et l'ambiance y est reposante.

I would stay again if I knew the food had markedly improved and was not as pricey...
Pros:

The room was absolutely amazing: spacious, tastefully decorated, the balcony was also amazing with the jacuzzi perfectly placed...I appreciated the bathroom layout and the live plants in the room...Probably the nicest place I've stayed at...

Cons:

The food was not that great and it was really really expensive. More expensive than California which is saying a lot. The quality wasn't there, especially if we are essentially wanting to eat at the place we are staying...

Beautiful resort and staff, setting is gorgeous. Fix the dining experience!
Pros:

Good generous breakfast. Friendly staff, intimate resort in a beautiful spot, great sea views and large rooms, nicely appointed. Beautiful rooftop deck and infinity pool with a spectacular view. Good bar. Beach below not as nice. Manager is present and approachable. Check-in Ann was outstandingly welcoming and informative. We could extend stay one night easily.

Cons:

Stayed for dinner twice up on the rooftop and food was below par. Elevators are slow and lack ventilation. Staff do not recognize you (it's only 24 rooms) and continually ask you what room you are staying at. Incredibly spacious room has no desk or chair. Some heavy furniture pushing above our heads early in the morning. Saxophone player during dinner was cheesy and off key.

Bel hôtel mais ne vaut pas ce prix là !

Le personnel est très agréable.
Les chambres sont spacieuses.
Le roof top est magnifique avec la piscine.

Cons:

Il y a des rochers pour accéder dans l’eau. Pas agréable.
Il faut aller sur des plages plus loin.
La piscine du bas est à l’ombre et pas grande. Il suffit d’un groupe qui joue au ballon dedans et franchement pas envie d’y aller. En tout cas du coup on n’y a pas été.
Attention aux chambres, celle d’à côté avait une baignoire sur la terrasse, si nous voulions laisser notre baie ouverte pour profiter de la vue nous entendions tout…
Le restaurant est à fuir même si il faut reprendre la voiture car loin de tout. Le petit déjeuner : une boisson chaude, des fruits frais, un plat salé au choix, nous étions 5, sans arrondir nous sommes restés réellement 2h. Et le jour de notre départ nous leur avons dit que nous avions un avion, c’était à l’ouverture donc vraiment que nous, nous sommes restés 1h.
Et je ne parle pas des erreurs de plats le soir en plus de l’attente.
Conclusion hôtel trop cher au final.

Excellent stay at Mvngata
Pros:

Hotel facilities, espeicially the rooftop, as well as the room are exceptional; amazing view from the rooftop and a great infinity pool. Hotel staff have been very accomodating to our needs and service was attentive and prompt.

Cons:

Not directly comnected to the property itself but have to say that overall the beach could be better. Partially because of the rocks but also due to the sea with seaweeds.

Pros:

De kamer is super mooi, ruim en schoon. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Je betaalt best een ruim bedrag voor het verblijf, maar je mag bij het ontbijt maar een koffie. Als je andere soort melk drinkt, kost dit meteen weer meer, ondanks dat je hebt betaald voor het ontbijt.

Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of. The breakfast was excellent; delicious and a wide selection to choose from. The rooms were big and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!
