The quality of the staff and the location

Todo muy bien
Employess were unfriendly and rude. It cost $65 just to park and no one bothered to tell us that before we booked the room or got there. We only found out after we left. The hotel looks crappy on the inside and needed to be refteshed 20 years ago. The room was ok, but no extra towels, no water bottles, and the mattress was the lumpiest that i have ever seen. STAW AWAY! There are dozens of better quality hotels nearby at half the price.
Location was great. Walk to restaurants easy to park. It is the middle of everyting you want to experience in downtown Alpharetta
We check in and booking.com told us we had a $50 credit we could use at the hotel but it the front desk said there was no record of it on our reservation after we ate at the hotel restaurant. The food there was just okay and we only ordered just to use up the creeit that was promised when we booked the hotel. Felt like it was a bait and switch especially since other website offered the same room for $40 less.

my room was not only not ready but with bad smell, excess of chlorine in bathroom to try to solve it and air ventilators to try to cover the smell
Was promised to have my room change and hotel system was not working without even having the ability to issue new room keys
To help solve the issue I was not going to be charged for 1st night what was not able to be done as contracted through Booking and not direct

This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed where the staff just ignored my service requests. I called the front desk between 9pm-10pm, four times and not a single answer or call back. I attempted to use the live chat to ask for extra blankets and no one responded or brought them. There’s nothing “luxury” with the customer service. Better off somewhere else where the front desk will actually treat you like a valuable customer.
Our team recently stayed here for our Annual Meeting, and once again, the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
Saleh did an incredible job accommodating our group, and the level of service truly helped contribute to a successful event. The property was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The hotel is also in a very walk-friendly location, which made it easy for our team to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions.
We truly appreciate the partnership and look forward to returning again in the future. Highly recommend for both business events and personal stays.
Very convenient location and the staff were very helpful
We are highly disappointed in this hotel! The only coffee available is what you pay $7 for and that’s only after 7am at the front desk or restaurant. A broken espresso machine is in the room but it never could give us a regular cup of hot coffee. Really???? Paid for breakfast in the reservation. Breakfast was good but wasn’t told when substituting fruit for potatoes I’d be charged 10$ more. I’m shocked that a hotel in downtown Alpharetta Ga, would be this clueless as to what people want. The basics! You won’t find them here. Also, try to do self-parking on the street if you come. We noticed some did and others were forced to valet. Sad and disappointing.

The vent in the room was broken! It kept on going the entire day/night, and there was no switch to turn it off. It was very loud and I barely got any sleep.
No breakfast besides the restaurant no free coffee The coffe that was offered was a little high priced for my liking.
