Rooms are comfortable but a little tired.

Breakfast is buffet style, it's not a huge choice but is certainly adequate.

The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and about 25 minutes to the Opera House.

A bit out dated and not a great breakfast buffet in terms of variety or quality but the staff are really friendly and helpful and the room was spacious for the price.

Reasonable value for money but the location was a bit inconvenient to the main area of Old Quarter. Although, it did allow us to discover local gems in the outer skirts.

The accommodation is centrally located. The staff is really very nice. All in all, the hotel and the rooms are quite worn out and not always particularly clean. It is functional and absolutely fine for 2–3 nights. The included breakfast is sufficient for a good start to the day.

The gym you see in the pictures no longer exists. Only the old, discarded equipment remains on the rooftop.

In need fo some TLC. More of a backpackers hostel than a hotel. But the staff were wonderful and did their best under the circumstances.

質問したら丁寧に教えてくれたし、ツアーを申し込んだら手配してくれタクシーも手配してくれた。
ホテル周辺も散策したが危なさを感じることもなかった。
朝食バイキングも毎日メニューが変わったし、美味しくいただきました。
よかったです。

shower bathroom leaks water everywhere

ハノイ滞在にはいつも利用してます。温かい湯のシャワー時間が短いのが気になった。

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The whole hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. But the best thing is the lovely staff giving excellent service and making sure you get the best out of Hanoi!

It’s a great area if you’re looking to explore the west side of Hanoi.

While it’s slightly away from the Old Quarter, this area offers plenty of food options and is relatively close to Lotte West Lake.

Terrible place. Was there as a part of a tourist group. Checked out after one hour of being there. Room was the worst I have ever been in before. Old, used, unclear. Surrounding is not good as well, despite general location close to the center of the city.

Bel accueil dans cet hôtel chaleureux. Le jeune homme a l'accueil parle même français !
Le personnel a vraiment été très sympathique et arrangeant.
Jolie chambre au 8eme étage, de quoi admirer les lumières du soir. Il y a même quelques petits trucs à manger à disposition si vous arrivez tard (pas très chers).
Et le bonus est clairement le petit déjeuner. Un plat chaud cuisiné sur demande et un beau buffet sucré, salé, chaud et froid.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Really helpful staff, good location away from the extremely bus and noisy old quarter. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. The rooms are a little run down, but overall a great experience and very clean. Will definitely return again.

Hotel razoável para quem quer ficar poucos dias em uma boa localização em Hanoi. A limpeza e demora no atendimento na recepção são 2 coisas que precisam ser melhoradas.
