Είχαμε αναφέρει ότι θα γιορτάζαμε τα γενέθλια του μικρού μας και ότι θα θέλαμε, αν ήταν δυνατόν, ένα όμορφο δωμάτιο κοντά στην πισίνα. Η έκπληξη που μας ετοιμάσατε ήταν πραγματικά απερίγραπτη! Μας προσφέρατε δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα και κάνατε τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή και αξέχαστη.
Όλοι σας ήσασταν ευγενικοί, ανθρώπινοι και απόλυτα επαγγελματίες. Τα φαγητά ήταν εξαιρετικά και τα συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Η σούβλα χοιρινού ήταν πραγματικά απίστευτη!
Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει και στο προσωπικό εξυπηρέτησης. Ένα νεαρό παιδί από την Ελλάδα ξεχώρισε για τον επαγγελματισμό, την ευγένεια και το χαμόγελό του.
Μια μικρή παρατήρηση μόνο: όταν υπάρχουν μεγάλα γκρουπ στη ρεσεψιόν, καλό θα ήταν να εξυπηρετούνται παράλληλα και οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες που δεν ανήκουν στο γκρουπ, ώστε να αποφεύγονται μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις.

The water slides, the free upgrade to family room with sliding door, the family friendly environment, the closeness to Konnos Bay and Protaras. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the pillows too! The hotel had a variety of guests and was welcoming towards local tourism as well without min stay of 4 5 nights like some other hotels in the region!!!
Overall very good experience!
Weird, but the breakfast buffet didn't have feta cheese or black olives 😔, the soundproofing could be enhanced and for some reason we couldn't find in the room the wifi password or make the TV work (show channels etc). Other than that, we would come back!

A modern and well-designed hotel with very good cleanliness and well-maintained spaces. The location is quite good and convenient. The staff was very polite and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The room decoration is also very nice and contemporary.
For a hotel of this level, the lack of proper room service was disappointing. Room service is only available between 13:00–22:00, and even during those hours they do not provide basic items such as water or soft drinks — only food or alcohol.
The breakfast was quite poor in terms of variety and quality. The scrambled eggs were cold and not enjoyable at all. There were no bottled water options available at breakfast, which is a basic expectation. We were forced to keep going back and forth to the bar to get water in plastic cups for our children, until we eventually bought our own bottles.
There was also no bottled water provided in the room upon arrival, which is something you would normally expect. It was surprising to see a coffee machine and coffee provided, but no drinking water.
Additionally, our experience with the spa was very disappointing and unprofessional. We booked a 70-minute massage (Cretan massage) and requested an extra 20 minutes focused on the legs. We were then given a total price of €300 and asked to pay in advance, without the option to charge it to our room. When we decided to cancel after being informed of the price, we called the spa and were told that “it was a mistake and the pricing was meant for another customer,” which creates a very poor impression and reflects a lack of organization and professionalism.
Personalas labai malonus,visada pasiruošęs padėti, nuo administracijos darbuotojų iki kambarių tvarkytojų,atmosfera labai jauki, baseinas didelis,tik vanduo šaltas. Šalia viešbučio yra labai jauki įlankėlė kur galima ramiai pasibūti.
Turėjome kambarį į baseiną ir vakare vykstantys koncertai lauke iki 11h tikrai nedžiugino kai viskas girdisi. Kambario durys atrodo popierinės, nes jeigu kas praeina,viskas girdisi. Pusryčiams.galėtų būti daugiau pasirinkimo. Pagalvės kambariuose tikra tragedija,toks jaausmas kad miegojau ant akmens po galva.
