Peaceful Must Visit Hotel!
Pros:

An absolutely stunning, peaceful, and relaxing place that is a must-visit for everyone. Everything was perfect, the food was fresh and very delicious, cleanliness and service exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a room with a spacious balcony overlooking the pools and the bar, allowing us to enjoy the evening entertainments directly from our room, feeling like we had our own private VIP loft. We will definitely return there for another round!

Cons:

The only minor issue was the air conditioner, which was a bit noisy at high speeds and slightly disturbed our sleep. Also, the temperature control was limited to between 23–25°C. Aside from that, everything else was truly perfect!

Bugs life
Pros:

Good breakfast, kids playroom, mini waterpark in the hotel.

Cons:

- Our room was full of bugs. A lot of ants and some other worm-like creatures that i cannot really name. (See pics)
- The bathroom had a slight incline that was pushing the water into the main room. Not talking about the shower, the actual room. The bath was poorly mainteined as well (see pics).
- The water kettle was not working. We asked for a replacement and we were told that it will be replaced immediately. It wasn't. We asked 2-3 times to get it.
- We asked for hair dryer, which was supposed to be in the basic amenities. It never came.
- We asked for a crib, 2+ months before our arrival. Guess what we didnt get....

המתקני מים לילדים

Cons:

קיבלנו חדר קטן ברמות, הגענו עם מזוודות לא היה אפשר לפתוח מזוודות היינו פותחים כל פעם אחת בשירותים, חוויה מזעזעת.
כשפנינו לקבלה, הם העמידו פנים שהם ״נותנים לנו שדרוג״, בפועל היא אמרה לנו שהיא נתנה לו חדר במקום 21 הנוכחי 25 מטר,
אחרי בדיקה בבוקינג יומיים- שלושה מתוך השהות היינו בחדר שבכלל לא הזמנו, ראינו עוד הרבה אנשים מתלוננים על חדרים קטנים כנראה שזוהי שיטת מצליח.
בחדר אוכל ביקשנו אם אפשר להכין לעצמנו ביצה עם מחבת משלנו כי אנחנו שומרי כשרות,
לא אפשרו לנו.
בנוסף הייתי בקבלה ושמעתי שיחה של אחת הנציגות עם לקוחה, כשהיא ניתקה את השיחה היא קיללה את הלקוחה ברוסית.

Great Potential, big disappointment
Pros:

The pool area and water park were good, and there was always places to sit around the pool. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

Most staff seemed unhappy and rarely smiled or engaged with guests.

The hotel AC 23c temperature limitation in the rooms made the heat difficult to manage in August heat.
We asked to lower the temp' down, initially they refused, but after complaining again they lowered it to 21 degrees, which made it somewhat bearable.
Several times when trying to call the front desk no one picks up the phone, and in one occasion I went down to speak with them I found three staff members standing at the desk while the phone rang unanswered. This is not acceptable.

Food quality was below standard, both in the main dining room and at the poolside bar.
some food options run out in the poolside snack bar in the middle of the afternoon. not acceptable in an all inclusive experience.

The general feel is that they are trying to save on costs which is hurting the experience of their guests.

I asked to speak with the manager and worte an email, but unfortunately, no response.

מלון טוב בעיקר בזכות פארק המים
Pros:

פארק המים היה מעולה לילדים. החדרים נקיים ונעימים מאוד.
צוות המלון אדיב, לא היו שום בעיות
ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת

Cons:

אין בריכת ילדים רדודה פרט לבריכה של פארק המים
אין מספיק ירקות בארוחת הבוקר

אהבנו את האוכל והילדים עפו על הפארק מים בול לגילאים שלהם.
לקחנו חדר עם בריכה זה מושלם
צוות תמיד עם חיוך ועוזר במידת הצורך

כן ניקו את החדרים אך לא החליפו מצעים.
מגבות לבריכה נותנים רק פעם ביום .

Pros:

The breakfast was nice with a big variety of savory and sweet options. The room was small but cozy and the bed very comfortable. The kids had a nice time at the pools and water slides. I would like to come back. Defenetly recommend
