Great Potential, big disappointment
Pros:

The pool area and water park were good, and there was always places to sit around the pool. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained.

Cons:

Most staff seemed unhappy and rarely smiled or engaged with guests.

The hotel AC 23c temperature limitation in the rooms made the heat difficult to manage in August heat.
We asked to lower the temp' down, initially they refused, but after complaining again they lowered it to 21 degrees, which made it somewhat bearable.
Several times when trying to call the front desk no one picks up the phone, and in one occasion I went down to speak with them I found three staff members standing at the desk while the phone rang unanswered. This is not acceptable.

Food quality was below standard, both in the main dining room and at the poolside bar.
some food options run out in the poolside snack bar in the middle of the afternoon. not acceptable in an all inclusive experience.

The general feel is that they are trying to save on costs which is hurting the experience of their guests.

I asked to speak with the manager and worte an email, but unfortunately, no response.

פארק המים היה מעולה לילדים. החדרים נקיים ונעימים מאוד.

Pros:

The breakfast was nice with a big variety of savory and sweet options. The room was small but cozy and the bed very comfortable. The kids had a nice time at the pools and water slides. I would like to come back. Defenetly recommend

Very bad experience
Pros:

A Terrible Experience – I Strongly Recommend Staying Elsewhere

Our experience at this hotel was absolutely terrible, particularly when it came to the air conditioning, heat, humidity, and the way the management handled the situation.

Despite the extremely hot and humid conditions, the air conditioning in the hotel was either turned off or limited to 25°C. We were explicitly told that this was a management decision to turn off or restrict the air conditioning. The rooms were unbearably hot, our children became dehydrated, and we were simply unable to sleep properly.

To make matters worse, there was a storm outside. The pools were closed, while all the other activities continued to operate according to their regular schedules, meaning there was virtually nothing available for families with children to do. At one point, the lobby was full of guests and children simply standing around with nothing to do.

The food in the main restaurant was also extremely disappointing and, frankly, below an acceptable standard for a hotel of this level.

What was perhaps most frustrating was the management and customer service. The management was completely unhelpful, and our attempts to get assistance were met with terrible customer service. On one occasion, a staff member actually hung up the phone on us. The frontline employees genuinely tried to help and went above and beyond, but it was clear that management did not give them the authority or ability to actually resolve the problems.

This was supposed to be a holiday, but instead it felt like a struggle from beginning to end.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying at this hotel think twice and look for alternatives. If you are looking for a holiday rather than an exhausting and frustrating experience, stay somewhere else.

It couldn’t be better!
Pros:

We had the opportunity to spend one day in July at the Atlantica Aqua Blue hotel with Day pass conditions. It was truly amazing! We were able to use all the facilities that All inclusive offers - gym, pools, water park, free drinks at bars, buffet lunch, snack bar, entertainment activities, even pool towels were given out for free.
The hotel area is not large, but it is very beautiful and well-groomed. The three large cascade-type pools make this place look especially sophisticated. The hotel staff, with their kindness and helpfulness, make this place even more enjoyable. The manager Maria is at the top of her game, the entertainer Jennifer led the best aqua gym I have ever participated in, the entertainer Tormi led exciting games and the entertainer Masoma worked with the children in the kids' club, which has everything for active children's entertainment and activities. At the last pool bar we met the bartender David, who is definitely in the right place with his skills and sense of humor. What also caught my eye was the large number of lifeguards. I think this is the safest hotel area I have ever seen.
The buffet lunch was so good that it would be worth coming here just for that. Also the cocktails in the bars are so delicious that it is not difficult to taste one too many.
In the morning we were a little worried that spending so many hours in the hotel area would make us bored, but the time passed incredibly quickly and we were really sorry to leave. We didn’t even have time to go to the nearby beach near the hotel area, but we visited it the other day and found that it is also very nice and safe for families with children.
After such a well-spent day, we would really like to return to this hotel for a longer period and enjoy the Atlantica Aqua Blue hotel as full-time guests.

It was a very modern and clean hotel with modern rooms and the pool was great! Perfect location and good for families with children

Cons:

Breakfast was wonderful but the food and drinks by the pool, at the cafe was awful, not fresh and there were only a few options
