The location, the rooms and the view were all excellent.
The last day while I was talking to my friend who was also staying there but in an another room, I figured out that her minibar was full while ours was completely empty. The second day, the housekeeper did not bring any clean towels and left the dirty ones.
Loved the waterfall and the pool, very helpful and polite staff, location is very good, and the spa personel was very nice. Nice touch was that there was a water fridge by the pool that we could use. Nice touch was the gift of fruit plate and wine at the room when we arrived.
Part of the breakfast buffet was not fresh, like the croissants and the bread rolls. The cleaning ladies could do a better job when cleaning the room, They didnt fold my son's pjs and they didn't pick up the dish used for the fruits in the room. Also it would be nice as part of the toiletries to have some body cream as its useful after a day under the hot sun.

Amazingly clean, exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, great location
1) in our room during whole vacation we were cathching big cockroaches in our room!
2) personnel at the reception and waiter at the main restaurant were giving different prices for the lunch
3) door of our room was unlocked all the time

Είχαμε αναφέρει ότι θα γιορτάζαμε τα γενέθλια του μικρού μας και ότι θα θέλαμε, αν ήταν δυνατόν, ένα όμορφο δωμάτιο κοντά στην πισίνα. Η έκπληξη που μας ετοιμάσατε ήταν πραγματικά απερίγραπτη! Μας προσφέρατε δωμάτιο με ιδιωτική πισίνα και κάνατε τη διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή και αξέχαστη.
Όλοι σας ήσασταν ευγενικοί, ανθρώπινοι και απόλυτα επαγγελματίες. Τα φαγητά ήταν εξαιρετικά και τα συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. Η σούβλα χοιρινού ήταν πραγματικά απίστευτη!
Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει και στο προσωπικό εξυπηρέτησης. Ένα νεαρό παιδί από την Ελλάδα ξεχώρισε για τον επαγγελματισμό, την ευγένεια και το χαμόγελό του.
Μια μικρή παρατήρηση μόνο: όταν υπάρχουν μεγάλα γκρουπ στη ρεσεψιόν, καλό θα ήταν να εξυπηρετούνται παράλληλα και οι υπόλοιποι πελάτες που δεν ανήκουν στο γκρουπ, ώστε να αποφεύγονται μεγάλες καθυστερήσεις.
