Clean Room, Poor Communication & Customer Service
Pros:

The hotel and my room were clean and well maintained. I especially want to acknowledge the hardworking housekeeping staff—cleanliness was the best part of my stay.

Cons:

The lack of transparency, communication, and customer service was extremely disappointing. I booked two nights but had to leave early because of a family emergency. I informed the front desk before leaving and asked about a possible partial refund but received no follow-up.

While on the road, I called again and was hung up on. Booking.com later explained that the hotel could approve a partial refund. When I contacted the hotel again, I was told the manager had to approve it and to call back in an hour. When I finally spoke with Manager Amy, she said she had responded twice and referenced the hotel's contract with Booking.com.

My biggest frustration wasn't simply the refund—it was the unnecessary runaround. A clear and transparent answer from the beginning would have saved me time and energy while I was already dealing with a family emergency.

Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here or book with them again.

for me i'll never come back here again
Cons:

the staff was not there when i needed, one person in reception did everything "cleaning, kitchen,reception", and staff not proffessional, the pool was dirty often, a piece of broken glass was inside the pool, and room very very simple no closets no storage no hangers, tv just cable no netflix no youtube, very small bottle for shower gel and shampoo, and breakfast closed too early, for me never come back here again.

Cons:

Refrigerator wasn't working notified front desk and nothing done about it no wash clothes in room on Saturday nobody answered phone at front desk. Had to find manager because she had no help and was doing three jobs at once because no help

My wife and I were very happy with our stay. We will definitely be returning.
Pros:

The location was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was nice. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Mediocre at best. Staff is friendly but not super attentive. Walls and floors are thin. Couldn’t sleep two nights because the room above us was having a gymnastics competition from 11pm to 1:30am. Staff ignored requests to intervene. Building is built super cheap, wall seems separated and filled with clear caulk, slider doors that won’t stay shut due to not being level. If I paid $150 per night, I wouldn’t complain. But I paid $360 per night (x3) plus plus plus. RIP OFF.

Highly Disappointed.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

You need a key card to operate over have of the plug outlets main light, and bathroom lights which we were not told at check in. No wash cloths in the room. I had to sleep with no pillow so I didn't have a broken neck.. There was no working outlet by the bed for my husband's cpap. We would not recommend it and will never be back.
