The location is great for us because we have family nearby. The facility is spotless, the rooms are good, and the personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. I used the laundry which was great, too, because we had been on the road for over a week.
"Barn doors" shouldn't be used for bathrooms.
It was very clean and well located. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was decent.
We had an accessible room. And the shower was great. The toilet, however, was low, and a little rocky. The grab bar is were not placed in a way that was easy to reach because of the height of the toilet.

The bathroom was a generous size. The street noise was minimal. The location was good - close to corner store, restaurants and the subway. The breakfast had a good range of food options.
Our room was adjacent to the lift which was making a very loud noise over the weekend we stayed. It was repaired on the Monday.
The breakfast was nice and the room was comfortable.
We ran the shower for over 15 minutes and couldn't get hot water.
The shower also had hair in the sliding door groove
Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance.
